I had a review of my AC,Heating and Plumbing on 9/29. I had the most respect for Kyle (Plumbing and Phil AC/Heating) for their professionalism. I am old. They did not take advantage of that but were diligent in explaining what was going on with the systems and what I might like to look out for in the future. In another residence I had an all electric home so I was not familiar with all the ins and outs of furnaces etc. They were masked and booted which I appreciated. I liked too that a call was made prior to their arrival and they were right there on that appointed time. Thanks for your service and I look forward to seeing you all next year.

Scheduled to have a mainline pipe cleaned out after some backup in our downstairs bathroom. The customer service rep asked many questions about access to our pipes. I informed them we only access through the crawl space. When plumber arrives we are informed they don't work in crawl spaces! Huh?! I couldn't hold this against the plumber. He was professional and understanding. But if this is the business practice by this company, shame on them! So basically we were charged a $89 service fee to be told sorry we can't help you. Rip off!! This doesn't help that we can't use either of our bathrooms! So now we have to wait another full day to have another plumber to actually do the job.

Everything is great working with this guys, from the moment I called to make the appointment to the guys showing up on time . They're very professional and what's more price is reasonable. I am telling my friends to make sure to call them in fact 2 of my friends are asking about it and I know they are going to call them. I highly recommend them.

Totally ripping off the elderly. They called and talked my mother in law into cleaning the furnace. Upon showing up they talked her into changing her garbage disposal, that she never uses. They charged her $580 for a new disposal, now want to come back tomorrow to clean the furnace for another $300. Do don't use this company. They should be prosecuted for taking advantage of the elderly. Seems like this isn't their first and only case.

We have been dealing with Summers for the past 3+years. Got to know their technician Rob N. after several mechanical issues we where experiencing with a Goodman HVAC system that was installed by another company in Valparaiso IN. We had numerous issues from the day it was installed 8 years ago. Based on recommendation from Rob N. we had Summers install an new Lennox HVAC system----what a difference!! They also installed a tankless water heater and an whole home dehumidification system all purchased from Summers. We could not be happier with the quality of the work and the huge difference these new units have done for our home. Most importantly, Rob N. and the folks at Summers stand behind the products they sell. I would recommend them to anybody. Joe C.

Do not use the gave tub install of $3000 next plumber we had gave under $900 for a tub install. They just want to rip You off.

Very pleased with Clint ,the technician that serviced my furnace. Did a outstanding job ,and fixed my humidifier drain as it was not previously pitched enough to correctly drain.
