Called on Monday & they came out Wednesday on time, that part was great. The quality of work was good, not great, not bad. However the cost was ridiculous!! The plumber put in a new toilet and hooked up a new sink. All parts were ready to roll, right there and not complex in any way. The non-itemized bill came to $600+ dollars! Now I have no issue paying a skilled professional for services rendered, but this felt more like a shake down. There was even an $85.00 trip charge from New Albany to Floyds Knobs, literally a 7 minute drive!!
I'll definitely be looking elsewhere for my 'regular plumbing company'.

Had a new water heater installed costing over 1200 dollars. The water is not as hot as it should be. They sent someone out and he charged 49.99 and told me I needed to have cartridges replaced in shower and kitchen. He told me over 500 for the shower and over 300 for the kitchen. I looked up pricing for replacing those and it could cost 85 to has high as 250. Needless to say, I will never have them back.

Very poor service. I purchased the a/c cleaning and tune up. He performed the job, then told me the coil needed cleaned. He said he could not clean it without the risk of damage. So why did I waste the money to clean it if he could not do it all. I had a coupon that they sent in the mail. He stated he could not clean the unit for that price.

Recently had a great experience with Summers. I received a loyal customer coupon in the mail, gave them a call for my spring HVAC cleaning/check up. The woman that called to confirm the appointment was delightful! She has a really fun voice and felt like I was checking in with a friend. When the tech came out, he was fairly quiet, but did a great job of checking things out quickly while my husband and I work from home. Neither of us had our work days interrupted while the tech was in the house - and he even took a moment to pet my rambunctious giant of a puppy. I hope to not have any issues with my system in the future, but I would definitely call Summers again should the need arise!

Zac & Mike did a great job fixing a major plumbing issue that I had. It could have gone so wrong but together they were able to provide a solution. I felt so good that I went out & celebrated!
