Robin Williams came out and worked on our furnace this evening that quit working. He got the parts n replaced it. Working good now! We would definitely recommend him to do any heating or A/C work. He is very professional, knowledgeable, very nice, and efficient in his work. This is 2nd time he's been out here. 1st time it was our A/C. Definitely would recommend him and his company.

I purchased a house in April 2021 and the prior owners installed a new furnace and AC by Summers. The time that we have lived in this house, our systems have worked perfectly! I called Summers to get a furnace check and cleaning since it's located in my garage and I noticed it was quite dusty. Jake was the technician who came to my house and he was awesome! He inspected my furnace and cleaned it. He was great to talk to, he answered my questions and was super friendly! I will continue to use Summers for all my hvac needs!

DO NOT use Summers of Franklin for anything... EVERY time they've installed something, have come to repair something or to perform maintenance, they've always rescheduled. When they installed the water softener/hot water heater, they had to call the manager to finish the job because the technician was unable to install it properly. It had a gas leak a couple months later and they had to replace a part to fix the leak (the garage stunk of gas). When they sold me the HVAC, they sold me a high efficiency model (at a substantially higher cost). When they came to install the unit, they couldn't vent it properly so it isn't acting as a high efficiency model. They said the temperature delta between first floor and second floor would be 1 degree Fahrenheit... it's always 5-6 degrees hotter on the second floor. Again, the installers forgot to install a gas component properly and it came lose and my house stunk of gas. They sent out other techs and they installed the gas component properly. Since they made so many mistakes, they gave us a free maintenance plan (setup HVAC twice annually). They scheduled an appointment today (unsolicited), They called last month and asked if we could reschedule. I called back, they said never mind, we've already filled that time slot. They sent several reminders that the appointment was today, took time off work, just called and said they had to reschedule. Each time the schedule and reschedule, it's a lost vacation day with the family. Save yourself the heartache, AVOID Summers of Franklin, read the reviews of their competitors and pick another contractor for your HVAC needs.

Horrible, this review is for my parents and it is hard to know where to start except to say I wish I could rate them a -10. To start the price of the unit was way to high, nearly as much as a unit I had installed at the same time by a different contractor, ours is a much higher efficiency and a much larger unit with a 4"" filter added. The AC still is not working on their unit after at least 5 service calls. They have given a different reason every time. The Supervisor just left and muttered it probably still has a leak. A Tech came on another occasion when I was present and tried to sell them a $600.00 Filter add on for the furnace in the attic. One little problem the unit in the attic doesn't even have a filter they are located in the Condo. Frankly the problems are to many to list here just look for a different company.

Needed a tuneup as I just purchased this house. Furnace and air conditioner are running fine but that didn't stop pushy tech from suggesting replacement for both and they run a discount special in March only, so hurry up and replace. Didn't like his lack of customer service skills and won't be a repeat customer.
