John P.Their technicians try to tell you that you need another furnace when you don't. it happened to me and after a second opinion I found that I had a minor issue. A 400 dollar fix instead of a 6500 dollar new furnace was all I needed. . I've also found that this has happened to others.
I get that upselling is important but lying about needing a new furnace is ridiculous and unprofessional.
