I will Never use Summers again. The came to find and repair a leak from my upstairs bathroom to my downstairs bathroom on 11/16/21 and charged me 351.00 to repair toilet. Same leak came back on 12/21, called and they came back on 12/23 and said it was something else on the toilet that needed fixed, paid them another 180.00. Then guess what...same leak came back on 1/1/22. Called them on 1/3 and spoke to receptionist who transferred me to the voicemail of mgr Ben. Left a voicemail mail and got no response. Called back on 1/5 and talked to Kensy, who again transferred me to mgr Ben's voicemail and still no response. This is the WORST company ever to do business with

Summers will NEVER get our business again and 100% would NOT recommend them to do any sort of work for anyone! My grandmother had them put a brand new furnace in the house a few years ago and we recently had a few other company's out to get quotes for more duct work to go upstairs and every single one of them said that when the furnace was put it that there were so many things that they did that were NOT up to code! My grandma had one more service that was paid for to get a tune up on the furnace so we scheduled the appointment about 10 days ago and were told by the other companies that came out that they would end up canceling because ""they didn't have enough techs and other calls were more important that they had gotten calls for first thing this morning"" we had hoped that wouldn't happen, but yet here we are and those other companies were RIGHT! We got that exact call at 9:58am and our service time was between 10am-12pm today. And when I told her about all the terrible not up to code items that they had done and how they took advantage of my grandmother she could honestly care less and had made many excuses and said everything ""I wanted to hear"" (which clearly at that point I could careless) just to get me off the phone! I sincerely from the bottom of my heart hope that NO ONE ELSE EVER USES SUMMERS so that they don't have these same issues with there terrible service techs that clearly don't know what they r doing and the terrible customer service representative that doesn't care either and doesn't know what she's doing!!! 10/10 negative for me!!

I contacted Summers heating and cooling for a pluming remodel. I was completely up-front as far as the scope of work. And send an unqualified plumber who is unlicensed and cannot pull permits.

A high estimate was given for fixing a drain problem. They told me my drain was backing up due to a venting problem. They supposedly cleaned out the drain, but it didn't help. I decided to get another estimate before I spent a lot to have the vent looked at. Another company came out cleaned out the drain, and it has been working perfectly for over a month. The lower bill was a very pleasant surprise. I'm glad I checked with another company before I spent a lot of money.

They worked on a weekend to install a new furnace. We were grateful. But today we discovered there was water leaking from it. They sent a repairman (Jason). He left instructions for my husband to check it every couple of days. WTF. It's not right. FIX IT. I am not satisfied.

Reviewing for mom here. She has had work done in the past and said it was decent, minus she didn't like the fact that they just put a big sticker on her furnace without asking.
However she won't be calling back in the future. She called to try and set up an appointment for her AC and is understanding that it is a busy time of year for that type of repair. But whomever she got on the line basically scoffed at the idea of coming out in the short term and didn't even offer to try and set something up down the road. Your loss, she will be in the market for a new unit soon.

Scheduled appointment. Sat at home for 3 hour window to get a call in the last 30 minutes to be told technician is running late by at least an hour more. They asked to reschedule. Rescheduled to a day that they gaurenteed me I wouldn't be rescheduled. Here I am writing this review. 3 hour window past, called and was told technician came and no one was home. No tag on the door and I've been in the driveway for the whole 3 hour window. Now told all technicians are home and cannot come out tonight. Do NOT do business with them if you have a job that you will have to call in or use a day to get your work completed because they are not reliable. Thanks for making me look bad at my job and not completing the job I was going to pay you to do!

Charged me $308 for 20 minutes of work. All that was done was change a valve In our crawl space. They don't have an hourly rate it is up to the tech to charge what they want. Will not be using them again nor recommend them.

He made our decision to purchase a new A/C and furnace today smooth and easy. He is very knowledgeable and walked us through the process step by step, answering all questions thoroughly. Over the summer, we needed to have our A/C recharged. A very simple procedure. I was pushed to buy some ""package deal."" Which I turned down 3 times, but the technician proceeded to push. So I gave in, bought the package so he'd recharge my unit.

The package included free inspections throughout the year. So fast forward to 2 days ago. A technician came out and told me I needed to replace a capacitor for $70 along with cleaning my internal fan for an additional $370. I am lucky to have friends in the HVAC field so asked them a few questions. I learned how I can check my own fan along with the capacitor. I wiped my finger across the blades of the fan and had no dust on it and the capacitor is showing no signs of needing replaced.
