Very pleased with Clint ,the technician that serviced my furnace. Did a outstanding job ,and fixed my humidifier drain as it was not previously pitched enough to correctly drain. Cleaned up area of work preformed . Highly recommend Summers HC for anyone needs. Thank you and have recommend Summers to many people that ask about your company.

9/5/2018 a tech came out to look at my ac unit that stopped working. He said i needed a $500.00 special order fan. He would not be able to diagnose any other issues until the fan came in. He recommended a new one which started at$4,500.00. Had another company come out to look at my ac unit, changed out a condenser and good as new, $275. Never will i do business again with summers. Nothing but a bunch of crooks. My furnace went out in the middle of winter with infant in the house 3 years ago. They gave me the same story, needed parts that were over$1000.00 to fix and they were not sure if that would solve the problem. Being middle of winter, infant son, and knowing nothing about hvac i fell for their con. The company that fixed my ac unit said that what summers charged me for the furnace they could have installed a new furnace, new ac unit, and all new ductwork. I felt so stupid for being taken advantage of. Never again Summers! Nothing but a bunch of crooks

We have a service contract with Summers and they were out at the end of April to tune up the 8 year old air conditioner. In May, during the very warm Memorial Day weekend, we turned the air conditioner on and it wouldn't cool. The technician came out and said that the air conditioner was leaking, he couldn't find the leak, and someone would have to come out to do a leak search. That call was $137, a break because of the service agreement. The call for the leak search set us back $215 and we've been told that the A-coil needs to be replaced, According to the estimate, the retail cost to replace is almost $1800, because of the service contract, the discount is $1500. They were unable to provide the breakdown (parts and labor) in the estimate for the A-coil replacement. Question is, why the leak not detected during the initial tune up. Very frustrated. Will be looking for a new company.

Prompt service. Amado went out of his way to get the right parts that were needed and explained everything in a way that I understood but didn't treat me like I was clueless. As a woman, I appreciate this very much. I like the maintenance plan they offer as well. Saves money on parts.

We have been members with Summers for a couple years. With their membership they offer multiple inspections to make sure our heating, cooling and plumbing is operating properly. As issues come up I have been able to call and get someone out right away to correct the issue. I highly recommend their services.

Our Technician was Corey Tracey and he did an amazing job. Explained what he was doing and did everything quickly and accurately. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I thought it was a little pricey. We could have gotten the parts we needed much cheaper however, the convenience of having someone else do that for us was worth the money. Would recommend them.

What a scam for the comprehensive 20 point tune up that takes an hour and a half. The technician was here 10 minutes, didn't perform half the checklist, and still had the audacity its to charge the full price. My fault for choosing such a poor business.
