I contacted Summer via Yelp on a freezing Sunday afternoon (1/9/22) because my furnace was cycling on and off. They responded immediately and we scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. I requested a tune up and naturally hoped the furnace did not need repair (it's only 10 years old).

Lyle and Mike were awesome! They were courteous, friendly, efficient, and helpful. In addition to the maintenance that resolved my cycling issue, they saved me money by recommending that I use inexpensive filters that cost a fraction of the ones I typically buy and work better. The higher priced filter was actually contributing to the problem.

Summers was having a $59 furnace tune up special and that's all I paid. I received great service from honest people who didn't take advantage of me by recommending services and repairs that I didn't need. Of course, that should be a given, but we all know that it isn't. I HIGHLY recommend Summers!

Frank responded to my message right away and came out within a few days after asking. I had a non emergency call and they performed exceptionally.

The technician Mike came out and looked over the system and notified us if anything was wrong. We had proper airflow and just a system that is not efficient. He was very upfront with everything and provided recommendations to help our situation but they did not need to perform any service. I am glad there are people like Frank and Mike who tell the truth and not try to sell on services not needed.

I would highly recommend them and will give out their contact to everyone.

Outstanding. Responded quickly on a Sunday night. Scheduled for arrival early Monday morning. Called with a accurate ETA. Very reliable and punctual. Mike was very knowledgeable and efficient as well. He took his time explaining everything. diagnosed and replaced the A.C part quickly. And stayed to make sure everything was functioning perfectly. I've used many AC/heating services in the past but will now permanently switch to these guys

Summers did a great job at my home. Mike and Eddie showed up ready to work wearing masks and booties to protect me and my home. The condenser unit was operating louder than normal so I called. Frank responded quickly and had me scheduled for a visit within 48hrs. The guys did a thorough inspection on my furnace and condenser unit. The estimate was clearly explained and wrote out. Will definitely recommend Summers to friends and neighbors. Mike showed up right on time, wore a mask and did a great job! He was very thorough, took his time showing me video camera images of the furnace and explained all the options. No attempts to upsell anything, just an honest evaluation of what needs to be done. Mike gave a few different options to consider. They also provide a maintenance plan to cover A/C and heating. Will definitely use in the future. Thanks again Mike!
