We just moved to the area and bought a house. We had an issue with our AC thermostat on a 90 degree day. I called Summers after being told by a couple other places they could help me in 3 days. The next 3 days we're going to be in the 90's. Summers said they could come out that day! They figured out the problem and did a temporary fix so we could get AC over the weekend and came back on Monday with the part needed to fix the furnace (prior owners HVAC guys did some ridiculous wiring that caused the issue).

We also had them come back and replace 2 outside faucets and a leak in our ceiling from the water supply. Everything works great! They were on time or called to let me know they were running behind.
