My laundry room no longer floods. I had two other service personnel over but they didn't fix the problem. Now my household no longer needs the laundry mat. I highly recommend Summerland Plummer.

We had guests coming into town and the expansion tank on the water heater started leaking and spraying. Called around 8:00am and was told they would probably be able to fit us in before noon. Received a call about forty-five minutes later and guys were onsite by 9. The previous installation was shoddy, with the expansion tank tied with rope and nailed into a rafter and on the hot side (vs. the cold side). The entire repair/replacement was completed within 30 minutes and looks great! Water from the expansion tank had also leaked into the nearby A/C condensation drip pan and they cleaned that out as well. I was very impressed by their speed and professionalism. Highly recommend.

They installed a toilet in my home and did some repair on pipes. They cut an unnecessary hole in the wall, made hand prints from resting up against my wall with wet hands, and now a year later my toilet is leaking at the seam.

I have a house we rent out in Columbus. The washing machine hookup was spraying water, so I called these guys. They were able to come out a couple of hours later. They fixed the issue, called me and let me know the situation. I was very happy with their quick response and fixing the item .

I called to have a gas valve extended to my mother's water heater. She is elderly and the tech was supposed to call me back with the price and the items to be repaired. The tech did not call me back with the repair list and charged my mother instead of me, approx 200.00 and temporarily fixed the water heater that broke three days later. I called and spoke to Suvp David who also did not call back when he said he would. I called again and he wanted to argue about what his tech told me but he wasn't present for the conversation. Basically, he called a customer a liar and did not try to fix the situation.
