Frank Summa's company recently completed a bathroom remodel in my condo. The job consisted of removing the bathtub and replacing it with a walk-in shower with glass doors and replacing the ceiling fan. This is a family business and everyone was very professional and friendly. Frank quoted a price and timeframe and it was done like clock work. He told me that they would be there by 8:00am to start and the job would be finished by the end of the day. They were there at 7:50am ready to work. Each part of the job was done exactly the way it was explained, including the time frame. The workers were on time to complete their part of the job and I had a new walk in shower by 3:30pm. Great job. I was so happy with the final results. They were very clean, professional and answered all of my questions. I would recommend Summa Construction Services to everyone.

The job consisted of removing old jacuzzi tub, replacing moldy sheet rock walls and rotted floor. Install walk-in style shower stall and all hardware, add white tile and touch up popcorn ceiling where needed.

Went to two big names in my area: Fiderio & Sons, which was your typical corporate style set up: fancy show rooms, slick brochures and smooth salesmen. And Blue Ribbon Plumbing, which I found the lady who I dealt with to be a little bit on the smug side. And belittling of the competitors that I said I was considering as well. Not to mention their products were the same ones found in Home Depot although they denied that.

Super glad I went with Summa Construction! No middle men, the person I originally spoke with (Frank) was the one who worked on the job along with his team. Straight up, no hassles or peer pressure as so many other companies do. And at huge savings over the other quotes I had received, and without any of that sign now and we'll deduct x amount or coupon b.s. (Blue Ribbon said it was impossible for Summa to do the job at that price).

Very clean, professional, and completed within a couple days. That was over 1 year ago as of this review, no problems of any kind. Highly recommended.

Frank Summa and company recently completed a bath remodel at my daughter`s place of business.This job was one of several the Summa family has done for me and my family going back to Franks grandfather working for my Dad over 50 years ago.As always the job was completed on time and done well.If ever there was a problem or a call back we could be sure it would be taken care of promptly and to our satisfaction Hopefully our relationship will continue for 50 more years .

Summa Construction has done several jobs for me and I couldn't be any more satisfied with their services. I bought a 100 year old house and completely remodeled it. Summa Construction took care of all the plumbing permits and inspections for the town. Frank and his team of experienced plumbers did extensive plumbing work including, moving kitchen sink piping, moving bathroom piping, all new pipes, etc. They also installed the kitchen appliances and the entire bathroom. I trusted them to do the repairs when I was not home and I always came back with a clean work area. Since my remodel, they have done 4 bathrooms of family members and performed my smaller jobs including faucet repairs, pipe repairs, new valves, and replacing the water main valve to the house. There work is of the highest quality and I recommend them to all of my contacts, and all have been extremely satisfied. Whenever there is any kind of plumbing or bathroom needs, these are the guys to call.

STEER CLEAR. they were hired to replace a complete tub enclosure. I picked out a tub enclosure, then per their advice, a 2nd choice tub enclosure...incase the first wasnt available.. They installed their 3rd choice. I Hate It ! but I own it. their ""sub contractor"" who did the sheetrock is a HACK, and only sanded enough to make a complete mess of my house. bathroom walls are horrible, and the patch is so thick it cracked off the wall. faucet they installed was also junk, and on the 3rd trip back to my house to fix the drips The owner ""Warned me"" not to complain, or 'get in' the workers face, cuz that worket has a temper! ...ALso had to Recaulk the tub cuz they did a lousy caulk job and it had dirt and saw dust in the caulk,. I got ROBBED. Dont know how these guys stay in business.
