I gave theirs company one star and the star I gave was because they were able to come out very quickly,I would say within 2-3 hours of me calling on a weekday. I chose this company because the reviews seemed decent. The water heater in one of our rental properties was pouring out water from the valve and our plumber was out of town. Suma came out after all the water had come out and stated that he could put a brass cap on it for $200. That price seemed outrageous just to screw what mimicked a brass bottle cap onto the valve. He explained that the inside of the valved had broken and that we should place a cap on it. When I questioned the price he stated he would only charge $150 if I had cash. As mentioned, this seemed sketchy so I reached out to my plumber and informed him of what Lal stated. My plumber immediately stated that 1. this was incorrect and that the piece he's talking about putting on is no more than $3 and the labor should not be that much and 2. capping it would cause the pressure to build and potentially cause the water heater to burst. When I mentioned this to Lal to get his input he immediately got an attitude handed me a card and said call when you're ready to do it. I was puzzled because I literally asked wouldn't the cap cause issues later on? His attitude was horrible and he lacked professionalism and the fact that he tried to get over on the price is what really bothers me as he's probably done this with others. Luckily I have an honest plumber who told me what items to buy a which was a wrench,
Valve, and plumbers tape and walked me through the process via FaceTime which took no more than 7-10 min and saves me money. I would definitely NOT recommend this company. I included pictures of the plumber who came out, the brass cap he was holding that he wanted to screw on and the actually price of the cap at Lowes. We have a 6 rental properties and has he been honest and professional he could have been our backup plumber.
