We had a shower valve break on the 2nd floor of our home. Water had leaked into our main floor and into our basement. We had to turn off the water to the house and needed someone to come out and help ASAP. We called Karl that day and he rearranged his Saturday so he could come over and help us out. He did a great job and fixed the shower without having to open up the wall. We are so grateful he was able to help us. We will be using Sully's for all of our future plumbing needs!

Sully's is responsive, friendly and honest. My senior parents had an issue with a shower valve and it was the only walk in shower in the house. Sully's came immediately and figured out the problem and had it fixed asap. His pricing is reasonable in comparison to plumbers I've used in the past and he explains options. Highly recommend.

Carl and Dennis at Sully's is great. They have come out to my house in Hudson on two separate occasions. The first was to remove a stuck snake in the toilet. It ended up being so stuck that we had to replace the whole toilet. He replaced it then and there the same day since it was the only one we have in the house.

Since I was happy with their honesty and price the first time around I asked for an estimate to install a second bathroom in the basement. He told us about the Saniflow toilet system that didn't require adding a ton of ground piping. It was nice to find a better alternative to the traditional toilet systems. He took care of getting the toilet within our price range and we also asked him to put in the vanity. The new bathroom is great.

Bad Company, do NOT trust Carl. They came to change my kitchen faucet ($110). They broke a valve in my garage trying to close the main valve ( wich was in the basement). The only reason I found out was because my sister saw a lot of water on the driveway. They were not going tell us. Carl told me he will fix it for $150 another day. That it was not his fault, that it was problem out of use for a long time. I Will NEVER hire him again, I do not trust them. Watch out.

Karl came to the rescue today for my clients who were closing on a home in Westford. We found a leak and a blockage during our walk-through and Karl resolved the problem quickly and at a very reasonable price. Karl of Sully's Plumbing was responsive, personable, fast and got the job done for a reasonably competive cost. We had a broken drain. We called Karl, he came out to see us at the first available opportunity and took good care of us. Bonus: he is a super nice person who is good with dogs -even our unreasonably loud and anxious barkers. We will call him the next time we need plumbing or heating expertise.
