We had a flooded downstairs bathroom from a clogged septic line. I had ServiceMaster out and they set up dehumidifiers and blowers for several days drying the tile floor out.
Then unfortunately I called Sullivan Plumbing. I had Thomas Sullivan install a new toilet and we scheduled a day for them to install a new drain line house to tank.
That night after toilet install we saw floor flooded again so I called Thomas who said stop using water in the house. Upon further inspection I found where the water leak was coming from...the brand new toilet tank!!!!! I had no way shut water off since he didn't replace the cut off valve! sent Thomas a video of this and he sent William out who showed me the problem...the tank to bowl washers were distorted from improper installation. So now I have to get ServiceMaster out once again with equipment drying the floor out all over again! To add insult to injury I received a text from Thomas the day before he was to do the work saying after thinking about it he decided not to do the work and if he damaged anything I would expect him to fix it!!!!!
This is the epitome of unprofessionalism and if he had at least told me sooner I could have
contacted another plumber to do the work! However...he actually did me a favor since I found a REAL plumbing contractor who did a fantastic job.
I would never recommend Sullivan, there are much better plumbers out there.

$200 just to come out to my house pull up a toilet replace the wax ring and look at it, and there's anything else wrong with it,it would be extra.
Expensive if you ask me. My late husband was a plumber and he never charged anything like that.

Mr Sullivan had the task of moving a laundry area upstairs for me. As a disabled senior, I can no longer go up or down steps. The project was a bit more hectic due to the fact, the area the laundry was going. Which was in an additional room added off the original home. Which meant not only running pipes and water lines from the opposite side of the home.. But, also having to go through layers of drywall and a brick wall. It was a full day job. Mr Sullivan was extremely careful to make his work professional quality, I was extremely pleased with his attention to detail and the fact he answered any concerns as well as asked my opinions on positions of the appliances. I was impressed by the courtesy of his helpers and the neatness of his work and even their clean up. Nothing was left to be concerned about. The machine was tested and pipes,water lines,and drain system checked for any problems or leaks.. I highly recommend Mr Sullivan and think you will be pleased with his work as well as a wonderful man to work with on any concerns.. In fact he will be returning at a future date to install a shower for me..

Had a toilet with a broken ear on the flange and the bolts had rusted and nothing much was holding the toilet on. It rocked and smelled. Colton Hudson fixed it after another plumber supposedly ""fixed"" it. Also, an outside anti-siphon faucet was leaking, and another plumber said he would have to go in through an inside wall and replace the entire device. Colton replaced/rebuilt some parts from the outside, and it is working like new. Wish I could rate a 10!

Had a leaky toilet and called Sullivan Plumbing. We have used them twice in the past three years for emergency work and found them to be very responsive, courteous, respectful AND did high quality work. That is why we did not hesitate to call them when we discovered our most recent issue. Same excellent service and quality as we previously experienced. During today's visit, the gentleman kept us informed of what he was doing, and what he found. He gave us several options to consider and we chose to go with his recommendation without hesitation based on his knowledgeable explanation. We have recommended them many times to our friends and coworkers and will continue to do so. Also, they stick to their estimates and clean up very nicely as they go through the job.

I had Sullivan Plumbing contracted for a major plumbing job in my home. The pricing was responsible considering the work to be done. I was very pleased with the professionalism, customer service, and quality of work this company provided. I also appreciated their quick responsiveness to any questions or concerns and the overall way business was conducted.
Trust me there's a lot of really bad plumbers out their that do shoddy work, over charge and have poor customer service.
Sullivan Plumbing is a quality plumbing company with good work ethics and customer service.

I have used Sullivan's Plumbing on a couple of jobs so far. They have fair in pricing and the work they have performed was excellent. I read one negative review and was confused as that is not the Sullivan's Plumbing experience I have had. They are professional, prompt, up front with costs, and listened and resolved by concerns.
