It's hard to find an honest and reliable technician. I was very pleased with Matt and the service that he provided. He responded quickly, came by after hours, and continued to follow up until he knew that the problem was resolved. Five stars all around!

I called Matt this morning at 7am when I noticed my hot water heater was leaking. He came over about an hour later to check on it. It needed to. E replaced and he was able to it that after for me which I really appreciated. Highly recommend !

i just had busted pipes in my gagrage from the frigid temps, and Matt was the ONLY person to answer the phone on a sunday and come over to fix it. i understand he has low stars due to his reponse time...but after coming here and instead of one pipe to fix there were 10 leaks, i understand how being late now happens. he will show up if you need him, he is a genuinly great guy, does a very professional job, and i will always call him from now on

Like many others, I thought this guy was really cool at first. Matt replaced a water heater for me, and even though he complained the whole time about all the new safety and efficiency implementations that make his job harder. He appeared to do good work, but then, maybe 2 months later the new tank blew and started flooding the basement, and we had the same problem. He blamed the town's water pressure for it and complained. I scheduled with him to come and fix it, and we were depending on the hot water, and I called him several times to confirm our appointment, and midway through the day he stopped answering calls, and didn't pick up until after 4:30. After 4:30 he told me because he hadn't heard back from me he moved on to a better job because he ""has a business to run"" and that I was ""making things up"" when I told him I had called him. He also walked into my house without knocking once, which made me uncomfortable. I will not let him work on my system anymore, and insisted the landlord find a new plumber.

This guy is a Jerk with a capital J, I did a huge favor for him a while back,because he wanted to save money,then when I needed a very simple plumbing job done,he wanted to charge me a lot of money....him and his tools can take a hike...

I asked Matt Sullivan to stop by to give me an estimate on installing three sinks. He tells me he charges $75 to give an estimate. I said OK and he stops by to check out the project. Has a look around for a bit asks for the check and then tells me he will get back to me with his estimate.

I never heard from Matt Sullivan again despite leaving him numerous messages.

Stay away from Matt Sullivan. He will rip you off.

We thought we had a good standing relationship with Matt Sullivan, unfortunately his true character surfaced as we prepared to have our bathroom renovated. He said he would work with our contractor to get the job done , well this never happened. Matt Sullivan turned out to be totally unreliable and not committed to the job as contracted, trying to reach him was a huge undertaking to say the least. We fired him the first week and had the job completed by Ben Franklin Plumbers. Now they are top notch , professional and courteous. They charged us less
Than what Sullivan was charging us. The fact that the brand new porcelain bathtub we bought and received from Matt Sullivan had a blemish on it ,which looked as though someone tried to cover it up
But didn't do a good job of it, indicates to me that Matt Sullivan doesn't have any standards where quality is concerned .I would never recommend him to anyone.
I had to give one star although Matt Sullivan Plumbing doesn't deserve

Came to my house to thaw my pipes, said he needed to come back because he needed to grab more tools... (10 am) I called several times to get a status on him, missed a day of work, and by 7 pm he hadn't arrived or returned any calls. Needless to say, my pipes burst and I had to hire an emergency plumber at QUADRUPLE what this guy quoted me at 10 am due to the time and severity of the issue which could have been avoided. Flooded my basement and without any regard did not have the decency to call back. I wouldn't recommend this man. Unprofessional.
