It's going to be -6 tomorrow and there is LITERALLY a blizzard going on outside and these guys not only came out, but went out for a part, came back and fixed my heater! If I could give them 100 stars I would.

They are EXTREMELY RUDE!! I called just to ask a few simple questions and i got the coldest response. I was told that i could ""leave my number and Mr. Sullivan will give me a call back if he is interested."" I was not able to ask any question without being rudely interrupted with the response quoted above. When i called back a different woman answered and i let her know about how rude the other woman was, she basically told me she does not want to hear it. I thought the customer was always right. Very poor customer service!!

i had a bad experience with the plumbers in the green trucks i had a waterheater installed 2 years ago which broke. .they told me waterheater covered not the installation they wanted 3 times the price that sullivan plumbers did. jj j sullivan were on time ,pleasant and the price they quoted was reasonable and thats what they charged me. just wanted to thank them and am very glad to have found a good company to do bussiness with not like those in the green trucks they know who thy are

I am sorry for Chris' experience. It is common for contractors. Perhaps JJ Sullivan amended their ways, because they showed up when they said they would.
We had a water heater burst, and no shut off valve, so this was an emergency. I called about 4 p;umbers all of whom quoted a price within $100 of one another, and we hired JJ Sullivan because Patrick Sullivan promised to have someone here within 45 minutes. They showed up in an hour- pretty great for a contractor.
The two men arrived with the heater we specified, installed it and cleaned up within 1 1/2 hours. They answered any questions I had.
I highly recommend them.

I woke one morning to find water leaking around the second floor toilet, all over the floor, and through the floor into the living room below, damaging the ceiling. I was obviously somewhat concerned, so I found JJ Sullivan on google and gave them a call, explained the situation, and they said they'd probably be able to make it out by late morning and would call back in an hour.

Two hours later I called them to check their ETA and they said they'd ""make it out today, they just weren't sure when"".

I figured I'd be patient so I left it go for six more hours, then called again (after an entire day of missed work waiting for them and not calling a backup plumber because they would be out today). Suddenly they can't make it out today, the soonest they can be out is two days from now!

Mind you they never called to tell me this, I had to call them. Also mind you that I didn't call them until after five, so all the other plumbers were essentially closed by then and it ended up being another day before I could get someone out, and the damage to the ceiling continued to accumulate. Needless to say I have a new plumber now and these scheisters will never be allowed in my home as long as I live.

Don't trust them with anything important unless you have a backup plan, and call every hour on the hour until they arrive to make sure they haven't forgotten about you.
