Suffolk Plumbing came out to my house because there had been a backup which we cleared. Suffolk snaked the main sewer line to clear it out. Their plumber was courteous and professional, and importantly, cleaned up after himself and left the trap area just like he found it. I will call them back again if I need plumbing service.

We had a new kitchen countertop installed and were informed that that company does not do plumbing work. In a little bit of a bind I gave Suffolk Plumbing a call. They were able to accommodate me and sent a tech the same day. Rob the tech assessed what was needed, worked up a very reasonable quote, and had the faucets installed and the sink drain moved and installed in a few hours. Excellent people, excellent company.

This is the first time I used Suffolk Plumbing and I am so glad I found them. The text msg I received near the scheduled time showed where the technician was en route. Robert arrived exactly on time (wearing a mask). What a pleasant guy! He was very careful and methodical and spent a lot of time diagnosing my unusual problem, checking every possibility. He even informed me of what I need to do in the future and what the cost would be - with absolutely no pressure. What a relief! I am finally done looking for a good plumber. I couldn't be happier with Suffolk Plumbing and will use them exclusively from now on. I recommend HIGHLY.

Our toilet tank was leaking and they fixed it, but after a while I noted a slight leak still. They came to check and found a slight crack in the toilet tank. They took responsibility for this and replaced it with a brand new toilet free of charge.
I was very impressed with their honest and reputable business manner.
The new toilet is fine!

I am so torn about writing this review, because I am afraid that this amazing company will be too busy to assist me. The owner, Ken, is just an amazing person! Goes above and beyond to assist and truly understands what an emergency is. Let's talk about no heat on Christmas, or six days without clean, hot water at the start of summer (Memorial Day weekend). This didn't matter, the phone was answered and the work was done immediately! A fantastic group of personnel and a wealth of knowledge. This is a person who works very, very hard to make an honest days living, and believe you/me, the prices for these holiday emergency were so realistic, it was almost a dream! Thanks again to an amazing person and team!
