They are the worse in the world, lie & cheat and the owner is of course the leader wanted to charge $1,800 for a body washer replacement which he never was going to received. I know a thief when I see one, went else where got it a lot cheaper....Stay away

This company came as a repair company for a plumbing warranty service. They told my wife and my sister in law the warranty doesn't cover the shower cartridge ( which was the problem) And then told them it's 459 plus tax or they can change the shower body for 900.00
- then he told them that shower cartridge was an old and rare model- it's was a special order part but we were in luck A certain specialty plumbing supply warehouse. Did have 1 ..
- I then arrived at the house : - spoke to him - he became a bit razzled when I - a male showed up : I googled and YouTubed everything he explained about the cartridge
It was A 10 minute job This part was available ever lol- 22 dollar part: I sent him and his company on their way - I did the job myself in 15 min with a Phillips screwdriver and a needle nose plyer.
The avg repair cost was 200 when I looked it up. - this company should be ashamed of itself.

These fellas are about as good as you can get each time we have called they arrived as scheduled on time and did a picture perfect a1 job neat clean tidy polite and very courteous. Highly recommended
