I contacted Suburban Sanitary to replace our kitchen faucet, and I was so impressed with their work that I scheduled them to replace a bathroom faucet as well. When a water pipe broke in the ceiling later on, they came out and repaired it promptly. They are the only company I will call now.

I had Suburban sanitary come out many years ago, he was very thorough. Fast forward to 2022. He looked in the catch basin that was fairly full and was lined with things that needed to be scraped inside the catch basin. The water was not on due to a repair man working on a new faucet inside the home. He asked for a water hose, I said I could borrow my neighbors hose. I went inside to check on the plumber and came out 5 minutes later and they were packing up. I said don't you need a hose? he said we are done. I said what? you could not be done he said he did not need more than a few minutes which made no sense to me. He spent a good hour last time he was here. I checked my video cameras after he left (he demanded the $450 check) I see his son in back hurrying with the hose and telling the guy in the truck to hurry it up as he was pulling up the hose and not taking anything out of the catch basin. Total ripoff do not use them.
