I hired Suburban Plumbing to clear out my clogged sewer pipe on Monday. They assured me the pipe was so clogged up with roots that the only recourse was to dig up and replace piping (and they could do the work and offer me a financing package).

Thankfully I contacted another plumber who rodded out the pipe and cleared the roots all the way to the sewer main

My experience with Suburban Plumbing is they are unprofessional, unethical, and taking advantage of unsuspecting homeowners.

Never trust these people they Riped me off .The owner Bill is a CON ARTIST he came out to my house with son and one other guy to do a rod and clean up .Made a deal to do both in the middle of rod he changed his mind and refuse to clean water from basement after he received i guess a more important call .Me being an honest human being still paid him for rod even though i explained i didn't want to have multiple companies and that's why i went with them $450 for 20 mins of work that i waited literally all day for .Next day water was coming back up from toliet top and bottom that they rodded .Bill Refuses to send Anyone to come back to my house even though his son was trying to schedule another appointment for me Excuse now is I'm too far but that wasn't the case when the 1st appointment was made or even when they were here they said i could call them back if i still had problems.Im pregnant and he even had the nerve to tell me to get my ass down in my basement and clean all the back up from pipes that were busted during the horrible rod his employees did I have so many problems now i wish i never trusted this company at all. Please look around don't let them trick you.
