We made the mistake to used them to replace our water heater years ago. We had an issues with it today. First they said our warranty started 6 months before they even installed it. They informed me that while the heater was under warranty they would still change us for installation and service call. Plus I would have to contact water heater company and wait a couple days for the part then paid them to install it.......no thank you! If I am going to have to paid someone then I will go with different company. One that is actually honest on what is covered when I had it installed. Thankfully I found an honest plumber who has the part and can fixed it today!

Absolute rip off. These guys tried to charge me $385 to cap a water line. For context, this is about an hour's worth of work and any handyman can do this for $85-125. Can not recommend anyone use this company as they exploit their customers in this way.
