I called Johnny at Suburban plumbing and made an appointment to hydrojet the main line on my rental property. I dont live local and drove over 100 miles to meet the tech there. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!!. I spoke with the receptionist Ashlene and she could not offer me a reason why the tech never showed. I asked for the owner to call me, HE NEVER DID. I called back the following week and left another message with the receptionist... STILL NO CALL BACK.. I sent an email to the owner.... HE NEVER REPLIED. I was given the owners cell # and called him, He rushed me off the phone promising me he would call the following day..HE NEVER CALLED. I left another week go by and sent another email...NO REPLY, The other day I called and spoke with Ashlene and she said the boss was being kinda quirky lately. I told her that if I did not get a call back to discuss the original problem that I would be leaving an unfavorable YELP review. WELL HE NEVER CALLED BACK... BIG SUPRISE.. So today I am writing this review. I had made an appointment with them and I drove over 100 miles for nothing and was given no explaination for the NO SHOW and the owner went out of his way to dodge my phone calls, emails and messages I had left with his staff. Very unprofessional and rude. I will not be using them or recommending them for anymore work. Shame on you Johnny

I had a problem with a bad odor in my bathroom. I had ""Daniel Cordova"" Plumbing come in and they quoted me $6,000 to have the sewage pipes replaced. After speaking to Johnnie from ""Suburban Plumbing"", he sent a Technician out named ""Brandon"". I have nothing but good things to say about ""Brandon"", who was polite, professional and fixed the problem by unblocking a wash basin and then changing the seal in the toilet. Now everything is smelling sweetly - by the way,the total cost was $285.

Woke up and found the shower water from one bathroom was filling up the bathtub in the other bathroom. Found Suburban Plumbing on Yelp and was able to reach them at 6:15 am. They came out and took care of things quickly and charged a fair price and were very friendly.

I was also able to use a Yelp coupon to save $50 so that was cool too.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. There are not enough thank you's to Suburban Plumbing. As I was washing dishes and shoving food down the garbage disposal the worst thing thinkable happens. The water starts rising and I flip the switch and I hear nothing. Now I have a sink full of water and food not draining because there is no garbage disposal. Being I am in Costa Mesa, the plumber from Suburban Plumbing showed up within 30 minutes. Gave me a very reasonable rate and had me back to cleaning with a cleared sink and new garbage disposal in what felt like no time at all.
