The company does not stand by its work. Spent several thousands of dollars on the installation of a HVAC unit and the unit was defective. The company wouldn't come out to fix the unit and it was under warranty. Attempted several times to try and work with the business and the owner showed his true colors. Beware of doing business with this company. Don't be fooled by the owner's nice guy persona it changes once he receives payment.

I highly recommend Subcool Air & Heat. I called with an issue with one of our units. They came over within the hour and had our A/C running cool again in no time! Both Joseph and Aaron were friendly and professional.

I was introduced to Matt by a long time friend, my Air went out late, I called and he came through, after 45 min of back and forth from the basement to the backyard he told me he had to order a few parts for the outside unit, he came back the next day after work just like he said and replaced the parts, we were down for a day but it didn't matter because we was at work anyway. I highly recommend Subcool, completely dependable and I feel honest as well.
