I've worked with Rob Stutz now for several years as he's done some relatively extensive work at my office. We installed multiple complicated things, including a steam shower, tankless water heater, electric water heater, touchless faucet's, footpedal sinks, just to name a few. The work is meticulously and efficiently done, carefully thought out, and reliable. When a problem arises, he responds immediately. He gives good advice regarding practical decisions about installations. For example, when I wanted multiple showerheads placed, he discussed water usage, available hot water, and the practicality of consistent water temperatures with the type of faucet selected. Having worked with multiple plumbers over the years, he really gives the profession a good name. Always shows up on time. Always does what he says he's going to do. Work is high-quality. Responsive office staff really gives me the impression they care. Definitely recommend.

Took a little while to get back to me, but showed up when they said they would, got the job done quickly and right, and did it for a reasonable price. Didn't try to scam or up sell anything. Asked if there was anything else I wanted him to look at before he left. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

So appreciate Robs jump on board attitude and fair pricing. Josh is great as well. On time and fast. Office communicates well and explains things. I'll continue to use Stutz on my projects. Pleased with pricing and service. Cleaned up very nicely on job site as well.

Stutz repaired two heaters in rentals for me.
Costs: a couple of hundred dollars. Time: an hour.
One of the larger plumbing companies in Loma Linda quoted me $1,500 + and jacked me around for three weeks with excuses before they could even put together an estimate. (This was three weeks in December while two tenants did not have heat!!!)
Stutz just showed up and fixed them - Done!!!

Moved into an older home in Redlands and had one of those homeowner's warranties so had to use their plumbing vendors.
After being told by four different plumbing outfits that they'd have to tear into the wall to fix an old sink with lead fittings, I finally gave up on them and the warranty, decided to pay for it myself. Called Stutz who had been recommended to me by a friend. He was fantastic very clear down to earth took care of the problem as if it were nothing and it looks beautiful, did not need to go into or damage the original lath and plaster wall. And the price is very reasonable.

I would use this plumber in the future! He and his help were courteous and fast. They knew what they were doing and the price was very reasonable!

Stutz was recommended to me by a friend and I would not hesitate to tell others about them, which I have. Rob knows his business and has always done a great job. I don't even ask for a bid, I know he is fair. He has even gone under my rental home and repaired the plumbing under the house.

Been using Stutz for my home and two rentals for about 5 years now. All I can say is they are honest and extremely fair. It has gotten to the point where I don't even ask for an estimate or price. He fixes what is broken and has never ""upped"" the price. If he did find something else wrong and recommends I have it fixed, I would because of the reputation he has built with me. He's done my wall heater too, could have easily sold me a new unit and told me it's time to upgrade this older one; nope, he fixed it and saved me hundreds of dollars. These houses are older homes (50's?) and he still gets it done.
I think he should wear a superhero cape!
You won't regret calling Stutz- I guarantee it!

We used Stutz Plumbing at our apartment complex for over a year, but finally parted ways because of his condescending attitude. Recently, we had over $15,000 worth of damage from a leak that he was paid (twice) to specifically fix, but obviously didn't. When confronted, he accused us of having someone else work on it because he ""wouldn't have left it like that.""
Don't let him near your house! He's over-priced, rude, and incompetent.

We have used Stutz Plumbing several times in the past and been satisfied with their work. We recently had them come out to do a small job, and when we made the appointment they suggested that we come up with enough work to keep him busy for an hour, since that is their minimum charge. The next day we had another issue that we assumed was unrelated to the previous repair and called them back - they said the new problem might have been due to turning the water off and back on when they did the work on the first problem, so they fixed the new problem for the cost of the parts only! They are honest, thorough, respond quickly, and use their time efficiently. Definitely recommend!
