Had a water heater go bad. Called 3 local plumbing businesses and Stultz was the only one that could repair on the day I called. The other 2 gave me a 2 to 3 day away install date. 4 hours after calling the water heater arrived. Very friendly plumber had it installed and my old one removed in about an hours time. Very professional service.

Friday, Sept. 13, 2013 my husband took off early and was home @ 10:30 for an appt. with your plumber to work on our outside faucet. He made this appt. earlier in the week before he took the time off. He told then after 10:30 and he would be here. Well, they (Stultz Plumbing) called and said they were on their way..this was 12:45. He went outside and waited for them, he came in 20 minutes later and there was a beep on the phone. They said there was an emergency and they were going there and said they'd get him later in the day. Then around 3:30 they called again and said they were going to go to install a dishwasher!!!! and....by the time they got to our home it would probably be time and a half!!!!!!!! No Way!!!! My husband told him he would bill him for his time off he took! Then the guy said he would have his boss call him. Then his Boss called and said, ""what's the problem""???? His Boss said, You said after 10:30 so it can be later than 10:30!!! They already broke 1 appt. for the day and then with the dishwasher, a 2nd appt! When my husband told him what the other guy said about the time and ahalf, he said he didn't know anything about that. So my husband told him if it wasn't time and a half to send them over. Then the Boss said they weren't going to do our job!!! To get someone else!!!! The nerve of this company. He took time off to be here!!!!!!! What's wrong with people! Both of your employees were rude to my Husband. We have used your company several times in the past but NEVER again!
