I HIGHLY recommend Stucki's Plumbing!! I recently had one of the larger plumbing companies out to fix my ""sump pump."" The Bud's plumbing representatives looked at the pump made a phone call and told me the whole thing needed to be replaced. It was going to cost me $1300.00! Needless to say I did not agree to that and told my husband we needed to get a second opinion. Thank goodness I, by chance, parked in front of them at Menards and asked if they could look at my sump pump. She scheduled my appointment, showed up when promised, popped off the access cap to the pump, took 20 seconds to look at it and told me what the problem was. They fixed it in about 5 minutes and charged me a service fee. SAVING ME ABOUT $1,200.!!! WOW! Thank you Stucki's Plumbing for being honest and fare for your services. Thank you for taking the time to explain what the problem was and to tell me I have a sewage ejector pump not a sump pump.

We called Stucki plumbing to fix a outside faucet, that required them to go under the house and repair. The great experience starts with a returned phone call the same day we reached out. They were able to schedule us in quickly, provided a sense of when they would be coming, called before they were on the way, provided a written estimate, before the work was done Shortly after arrival, was fairly priced, and did an exceptional job. They took off their shoes before coming into the house, and wore protective Face coverings when inside the home. Their work was careful, and the new faucet was new and of better quality than we had...Their pricing was as quoted. The attitude, during the entire visit was very positive and professional. The Stucki team was quick to reply when I inquired about my clogged plumbing. I had just moved into my first new home and was unsure of the condition the pipes were in. They came in and assessed the situation. They were polite and professional. As well as quick. They, also, CLEANED UP AFTER themselves!!!!!! They even saved me money on a different project I had going(her husband is a contractor and said he could assist on a remodel).I will definitely call them again and refer them to my neighbors!
