I have used Stuart's Plumbing three times ... plumbing in a connection for a water softener, replacing a water heater and lately (05/23/19) replacing a kitchen faucet. The service men have always been polite, professional and on time. The cost is reasonable and their work is excellent. I have had no problems. Highly recommended!

Very prompt response to water leak under our mobile home. Due to age of house adapters and different pipe had to be used, causing longer repair time, which we accepted due to to 18 inch crawl space they worked in. Problems with them they did not provide estimate before starting work. They also did not take any steps to keep our bathroom clean as they went back and forth from under trailer. This was very disturbing as we just remodeled the bathroom. A lot of contractors wear booties and take steps to keep area clean.

I was talking to a friend about replacing my water heater and he suggested Stuart's Plumbing . They were fast, friendly and professional. Doc was the service Tech and he did a great job installing the water heater. I will be calling them again if I have any plumbing needs in the future.

DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY. THEY PRICE GAUGE, AND DO NOT PROVIDE AN ACCURATE BREAKDOWN OF LABOR AND MATERIAL COST. I WAS HUNG UP ON AFTER REQUESTING FOR A DETAILED RECEIPT FOR MY RECORDS. If I could give zero, then i would. I have used this company on three different occasions. On this occasion, I had an issue with the shut-off valve on the exterior of my house, it was leaking and was causing my water bill to increase.. I had them give me an estimate, and they gave me a quote at 850.00. Not sure what the going rate was, and since being told by the individual that it would take at least half of a day and would require two individuals, I thought it sounds reasonable. Two days later they show up, and mind you, 1 hour early from the schedule time at 8 am, without notifying me in advance. After interrupting my breakfast they began working after getting my blessing. After about 2.5 hours the individual knocks on my door and asked for payment. I ablidged, and paid the individual in full. I found it strange that they were completed so early, and that the individual request he show me the work to explain what was done. The problem arises when my wife sees the email of the receipt. I assumed that it would have a break down of the cost of materials and labor, but my wife explained otherwise. I called the number they gave me to request a more detailed receipt, but was greeted by a bewildered woman by the name of andrea. I asked her if there was anyway i could get a more detailed receipt with the break down, and she gave a long awkward pause, and began mumbling that the price includes all of those things. I explained that I understand, but that I wanted to see what I was charged for labor and materials. She placed me on hold, and after 5 minutes said, that she would have to have her boss call back with the break down because he was on the phone. I politely said that is fine, and that I would call back in 20 minutes. She chuckled and said that you could call, but that it would take probably longer than that. At this point, I begin to get a little perturbed feeling as if she is just trying to get me off the phone. I figured that they must just give general pricing on a case by case basis, and that they needed time to actually figure out how to break everything down to sound reasonable. I found this to be disingenuous, and told her that I feel a little disrespected with the fact that I was charged $850 for 2.5 hours of work and some PVC pipe. I was adamant in the fact that at lowes those materials do not cost anywhere in the ball park of 500 dollars for 15 feet of PVC pipe. After my response she started to talk over me and raise her voice explaining that they usually charge a flat rate. I broke it down further to say that even if I paid 100 an hr for labor it would mean the materials cost $550 dollars. She explained that they charge more than 50 dollars an hour for each plumber ( oblivious to the fact that only 1 plumber was dirty and sweaty, and that the other one was there to- what I believe- up charge me). After she became fustrated she began yelling, """" sir why are you talking that way to me."""" I replied I am talking normal. She then decided to HANG UP ON ME. I called back, and was greeted by the same woman. I told her that I just wanted a break down of what the cost were, and that he handling of me as a paying customer was completely unacceptable. I let her know that I would be reviewing their company on every major website and reporting them to the better business bureau. I then politely told her that I would never use their services or recommend them because they do not respect or appreciate re-occurring customers.

What a wonderful quick and clean job replacing two toilets in our home. We had to order the off white toilet and replace was scheduled for Dec 23. Of course being so close to Christmas we were worried that something would go wrong. Nope. Smooth as silk. Love these guys. Only wish we'd found them sooner.

we called you Fri 8/27 because of water backing up into our shower and toilets...you sent someone and they said we needed a new filter which he did not have with him and that cost $125...we were told they could come Monday and we should be okay and they would rather come Monday... well, Monday comes, they come for $231.00 to put in the filter which does not fix the problem and we really don't know if it was a problem. We call and are told we would be charged for an emergency service fee at $500+ if they came back today, Mon Aug 30th or we wait till the next day at $300+. This is irresponsible and a total rip. No explanation, checking, no responsibility. I highly recommend anyone else.

Highly recommend!! My hot water heater went out on Wednesday. I purchased one at a local big box home improvement store and signed up for the store's installation services. The store quoted me $850 although I had purchased and brought home the hot water heater myself from their store. The quote was not itemized but it did have the word """"delivery"""" on it. So I called the store back to ask for a quote without the delivery option. They didn't call me back. I looked for a list of plumbers on the Internet. I had planned on calling more than one for a quote but I didn't need to. The receptionist Kayla was super professional and polite. She gave me a dollar range of what the installation would be which was less than the store's quote. Kayla asked if I wanted next day service at no extra charge. On the day of service, the technician Doc called me to let me know he was on his way. After I hung up, I received a text message with Doc's personal and professional bio. I have never seen any other company do this before. It was so unique and I felt like I knew him before he even arrived. Once he arrived, he was super professional and nice. The work was quick. He explained each and every step of the process. He took pictures of the work before and after the new hot water heater was installed. I am definitely a fan of this company.

The companies staff from the workers to the front desk. All very informative and knowledgeable about the products they service and sell. It was a real pleasure to call them. I called about 11am and the service tech was here just after noon time. PDQ I am really impressed with the quick response. Not satisfied. It's very unethical and unprofessional company. They simply don't understand the meaning of sceduled appointment. I've scheduled appointment on Friday 11/04 for 2 to 3 pm and receptionist called at 2:40pm that plumber stuck and he won't be able to make it so they rescheduled my appointment for Monday 11/07 @ 11 am. The plumber called me monday moring at 9:30am that I'm on my way.....like i was waiting for him at home to come at anytime. I told that appointment was scheduled for 11am so please come at that time. I again drive back from work to home and waited for him to show up but no response. I would not recommend this company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.

I was installing a new toilet, and the old flange broke. I called several plumbers, but nobody had same-day service available. I left messages with several, and had one call me back. Stuart's called, saying they had a tech who could come immediately. I was thrilled. Erin & Johnathan were there promptly and were very courteous and knowledgeable. They had my issue fixed, and performed service above and beyond expectations. Extremely happy with these two gentlemen. Highly recommended!
