I had an urgent plumbing problem at my house, but I didn't want to be shocked with a super high bill.

Although I understand it is tough for plumbers to give estimates over the phone without being at the job site, I just wanted a ballpark figure so I could know what to expect. I told him exactly what the problem was over the phone, and he gave me an estimate range based on what he thought the problem probably was. His estimate seemed fair.

He responded to my house that same day, and showed up when he said he was going to be there. He ended up charging me the lowest of what he had initially told me over the phone.

In the situation I was in, I feel like a plumber could charge whatever they wanted, and I would have no alternative but to pay. It's pretty important to be able to turn the water back on in your house.

He showed up when he said he would, and I felt like he was honest and fair. I would definitely recommend.

Highly Recommended!!!! Stuart and Chris were amazing from start to finish. Stuart responded quickly and with a lot more information than the other companies I contacted. He explained what the initial visit would be, the cost and their availability. Chris came out to do the inspection. He looked at the usual/minimal probable cause then looked into the problem further. They came to the house on time, fixed the leak, completed the projects I requested and cleaned up as if they weren't even there. Both were very friendly, knowledgeable and very respectful of our home. I had asked them for other things and unlike other companies, they were very honest and didn't recommend to do things that were going to be too expensive and things that we can do on our own (even told me how to do it). I'm hoping not to have any more issues, but will definitely use them again!!!!

We bought a Toto bidet seat from Plumbery and they referred the installation to Stuart Plumbing. The install was difficult to say the least, mainly because of the tight fit of the toilet in the surrounding custom cabinetry. They showed a great deal of patience and ingenuity in figuring out how to make it all fit together. Highly recommend these guys.

Magnolia Court Apartments: Stuarts Plumbing has been our plumber for a couple of years. Their work is ""excellent"" very professional, and dependable. estimates are resonable. This is the first experience with hiring a professional plumber, and went incredibly well! Stuart is very professional and patient. Our clogged kitchen sink was difficult to unclog but Stuart's Plumbing followed up with us until the issue was resolved. They made sure to fix the root cause, so that we would not have more problems in the future. Their service is great and within a reasonable price. By far the best experience I've ever had with a plumber. Came in and fixed a leak and replaced my faucet. After that they came back and fixed and installed a new dish washer. In the process had them fix some tile for me too. Stuart and Chris were excellent. Won't go any where else for plumbing needs. Quick. Affordable. And very good work.
