Recommended Customer Reviews

Just moved into our house and it required some plumbing work as well as a sewer line inspection. Called for appointment for estimate and earliest was 8 days out. Plumber came out on Thursday and was going to have a quote for repair/replacement of tankless hot water heater and faucet installations (3 total), plus sewer line inspection. I called back on Monday requesting the sewer service which was ultimately done and was pleased with the service. But still no quote on the water heater, but they were asking me about how many GPM I needed and that I would have to find my own electrician for the installation (what was the home inspection fee for?). Had to call them again one week after the initial visit (quoted $75 for inspection, but charged $125 as it took longer than expected) and the dispatcher said they were going to call me. Despite recommending a different water heater than what was existing, they quoted the same unit at almost twice the price compared to what Home Depot was selling and was in stock, plus installation and parts. It should not take two weeks to get an inflated price quote and repeated requests and phone calls. Disappointed.

Watch out for employees posting your personal house, condo, private property or upgrades to you investment. Facebook draco egan. Stuart Plumbing should watch out for those drug addict employees posting personal pictures for your home.

Stuart Plumbing made an entire mess of my master bath! I called because the paint had drooped above the shower I thought maybe there was a leak the kid that showed up made a giant hole in my ceiling see attached picture. Later for other people the AC,roofer and 2 leak detector person(s) all said he should not of made the hole without ANY visible signs of water damage plus each one of them had a """"leak detector device"""" that did not need to create a giant hole. Now Stuart Plumbing claims no responsibility charged me $150. and it will cost me $400 to get someone in here to patch up this 8 x 8"""" hole. I like to support small business when I can, especially family business but this was a nightmare and I wouldn't want anyone else to use Stuart Plumbing because they don't stand behind their work at all!!!

So refreshing to work with a contractor that is knowledgeable, thorough and professional. Stuart Plumbing sent out their inspector, James Johnson, early this morning for a home inspection. Not only did James research the utilities permit file at the County prior to his visit to the home, he verified the permit records by measuring to the newly increased drainfield size, and then tested the system. He did recommend adding a riser top for ease of maintenance in the years ahead, since it was quite a dig to get to the lid. I have had similar experiences over the years with JR from Stuart Plumbing at various condos and job sites o fly customers, and his team's work has always been exceptional. I didn't realize they did septic inspections, and I can now also highly recommend this company for inspections. But don't forget them when it comes to new construction and maintenance/replacement work, too. Trustworthy, Honest and Reliable and fairly priced, too.

Stuart plumbing has a professional staff and the latest technology along with their equipment to handle any job. I recommend them highly.

We had them install our hybrid hot water heater we purchased ourselves. They did a fantastic job at a fair cost. I would highly recommend this company.

They are the best so professional and so honest I would recommend them to everyone! Thanks for your service!

Stuart Plumbing has disappointed me. I have used them for many years commercially and in my home. Recently, they gouged me. A job that was quoted at $45 by others was undertaken by Stuart Plumbing at a charge of $114. When called to explain, they blew me off by saying """"that's what we charge!"""" I will pay a fair price for work done but will not accept an attitude or unreasonable rates. Buyer Beware!

My clients hired Stuart Plumbing to inspect a home they have under contract. The inspection included a camera scope of the pipes. Chris was very diligent in his work and contacted the owner JR for additional advice. I was so impressed with the quick response and the time they took to discuss with my clients via phone while they were onsite. In my experience they went above and beyond our expectations.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. No hot water for almost 2 weeks. They cant seem to get the on demand water heater working. Not timely for appts. Do yourself a favor and call the next listing. Lots more to share but you wouldn't believe it anyway.
