This is the third time I have used this company. They are reasonable in price, prompt, and very professional. They also give you a narrow window of time which is nice. Two years ago, one month after I moved in to my home, I discovered there was a major leak in my home, and in my old home. Strutton came out and fixed both leaks. They also give you a narrow window of time which is nice.

Today, two years later they came and worked on a few new issues. Miguel Macias was great! I felt he was honest, on time and very courteous. They wore masks and special footwear when they came into my home.

I cannot say enough good things about Strutton Plumbing. We are blessed that our neighbors referred us to this stand-up company! We had an extremely challenging week in Houston, and we are still in the midst of recovering from the winter storm. I called Strutton Plumbing, and first of all -- they answered the phone! Don was very honest about their backlog, but he put me on the list. I didn't expect a call back soon, but I did receive a call back within a day or so to schedule them coming out and repairing pipes in our attic. Don was completely open about their rates, and wow -- they are 100% honest. The crew showed up on-time, they did great work, they wore masks, and they were very efficient. I appreciate Strutton for being ethical and honest in the difficult time. They charged regular weekend rates (work was done on a Saturday), and there was absolutely no attempt to even try to take advantage of the circumstances. Thank you so much.

They fixed all the issues with the pipes, they checked the rest of the plumbing, and they left with a smile. I couldn't ask for more. I will be referring everyone I know to this great company for their plumbing needs. Thank you Don and the Strutton Plumbing crew for being great!

Between our daughter's rental house and our own house we have contacted Strutton Plumbing at least five times this year. Miguel and Adolfo were amazing, very thorough in their repairs and installations and their clean up when they finished. Miguel took the time to help us learn how to continue maintenance on an A/C overflow which was clogged and was backing up water into our sink. Miguel replaced an outside water pipe, replaced an electric water heater, garbage disposer and kitchen sink faucet. Today they replaced the inner workings of a toilet and cleaned up the rust buildup inside the tank. I would highly recommend Strutton Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

I couldn't recommend Strutton Plumbing more highly! We had a complicated hot water problem that showed up after we replaced the hot water heaters in our 16-year-old home; we couldn't get hot water without turning on a 2nd faucet "downstream". A friend in the construction business recommended Strutton. Miguel and Adolfo are my absolute heroes!! They were the 3rd set of plumbers to try to figure out the problem. We were almost to the point of desperation, afraid we would have to replumb the entire house. Miguel came out twice and spent a considerable amount of time, working methodically and conservatively to eliminate the easier, non-destructive possibilities. It turned out that the original plumbers crossed some lines during construction that should have been stubbed out, a problem that the old water heaters had masked. Miguel is an excellent trouble shooter, a rarity these days, and we couldn't be happier!

I have used Stratton in the past and love them. They are prompt, courteous, professional, honest and have fair prices.

Yesterday our in-sink garbage disposal quit working so I called Strutton today. Don from Strutton said before we come out there let's check a couple of things that might fix it. First, on the bottom is a red "reset" button which often fixes the problem. That didn't work. Next, right in the center of the bottom is an allen wrench socket. You should have gotten an allen wrench that came with the disposal but if not find one that fits. See if the socket seems tight, if it does, it's jammed so try turning the socket left or right until it is loose. BINGO! problem solved.

Just about anyone else would have sent a technician out for an easy $100, but Don walked me through the fix over the phone at no cost.

Prompt, professional, honest, reasonable. These guys saved me from being horrendously overcharged by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Yes, they wear those booties and they cleaned up after themselves too!.
