Be very wary The first job they did for me went more than a little over the estimate. The second job was to determine what my issue was and remedy it, as necessary. I was exoerience some low water pressure and was considering a booster. The first thing Ben did was determine where my line ran. He used a ""patented"" test which cost me in excess of $650. That had nothing to do with testing the pressure. Once the pressure was tested he determines it was fine, that I needed a new faucet. The installation was $199. He replaced two other items without asking. We also agreed raising my clean out valve. He was here 4 times. The second appointment needed to be rescheduled because a customer had an emergency. I agreed. He didn't have the necessary items at two of the visit resulting in having to run to get them. He was gone in excess of an hour both times. He ran out of time on the third appointment and said he'd be back Saturday. Guess what? No call, no show. He showed on Sunday without an appointment. I didn't allow him on my property.

I called due to backed up drains. Wanted the line snaked and scoped. Was told $189 for the main line snaking, with possible cash price. The guy tried for 10-15 minutes at the clean out tube, then decided to go on the roof and snake through the exhaust pipe, effectively not snaking 75% of my home. Was charged $210 cash, and less than one month later, feces and toilet paper is backing up in the shower. When I called, was told it would cost $210 to snake at the clean out tube PLUS $150 emergency fee. The parting shot? I was told I ""really need to have the line scoped!"" Are you kidding me?! How can they scope if the can't even snake the house properly?!!!!! Is this how they treat women, or do they treat everyone like they're stupid? What a scam they're running! Don't use these expensive idiots. Literally call ANYONE else!!!

Struse Plumbing does an excellent job. They are knowledgeable and I'm grateful they fixed my water leak. I would give them 5 stars, but they are VERY expensive and I didn't get an itemized bill.

This company was recommended to us by a good friend. We called them and they did a decent job for us once. The work was fine although typically expensive, costs driven ever higher by the fact that nobody wants to actually work anymore and it requires real skill.
Given the fact that we were past customers in good standing, wouldn't you expect a call back the next time you needed a plumber? Strange breed of modern America that doesn't possess the basic courtesy to return a customer's call, even if they are too busy or they don't want to travel to a rural area (yes, where folks also need plumbers). Courtesy and professional conduct is the least a publicly licensed contractor in the service business should guarantee their customers and THEMSELVES. If they have enough work they don't bother with you and this I have found is a pattern with today's tradesman. Very little, if any professional courtesy.
So despite unreturned phone calls, a detailed e-mail with pictures and a clear description of the work required, earnest pleas for a response, they were good for nothing. That's what I call a ""family"" business.
Instead of building skills (in a profession that pays top dollar) and encouraging responsibility to our fellow citizens, we give our children smart phones to endlessly waste the precious little time they have on Earth, or simply park them in front of TV while we ourselves surf, surf, surf our little lives away. I sound angry, but honestly I'm just frustrated and disappointed. This was not how I was raised in 1952. Something is going terribly wrong with America and going to the voting booth and voting your conscience is the only hope we have left for a gentler, kinder world, which appears lost.

I've hired these guys several times to perform plumbing repairs on my home and rental properties. They were responsive to my plumbing emergencies, professional in their work, and fair on their prices. These guys are the only plumbers in town that I've got listed in my contacts in my cell phone.

We made the mistake of trusting the reviews of this company and requested for some basic plumbing work to be done without getting an estimate. The plumber arrived much later than was scheduled and when finished presented us with a bill that was extremely high for the work performed. Apparently if you have your own items to install they rake you over the coals for the installation. I made a call to discuss the billing but received no satisfaction. Lesson learned to ask for estimates and we will not be using their services again. Not a good experience for someone who just relocated to the town and did not know who to call for minor plumbing services.

Last night i came home to find a flood from a ruptured hot water tank that had started leaking in to my master bed room. Nathaniel Struse was able to replace the broken one the same day with in an hour. He was extremely professional and worked clean and fast to solve the problem . This is the second pluming service they have performed for me and I would highly recommend Struse Plumbing for any of you plumbing needs. Great people !!!!

We bought a HUD foreclosure home, old. It needed a lot of plumbing. 3 sinks. completely replace all the pipes, faucets. Struse came out for an estimate within a day after we called, did the work the next week. There was something wonky after they left, but the house is so old, we didn't know if it was related to their work or not. They gave us the benefit of the doubt and returned to repair it at no cost.
I really couldn't be happier. Thank you, Struse Plumbing!!!

If you want to pay insane prices for trivial problems, definitely use Struse Plumbing... Shop around and get other quotes! You'll more than likely pay a fraction of what an invoice from Struse will be. About a 30 minute visit from them cost me over $500... to tell me ""its not clogged, but we'd like to do xyz to check for other problems"". Horrible company that takes advantage of people who are panicking over plumbing problems.
