We called Jake because our garbage disposal wasn't working and dishwasher was jammed. Jake showed up on time and was professional with his work. He gave us a quote from yelp but the work wasn't necessary costing as much as the quote, so he reduced the total cost. He is a very honest businessman and highly recommending his service.

I am so satisfied with his service, especially during a thanksgiving week. He was not about doing a quick and fast job. He checked, doubled check, and tripled check.

He came replaced the old water heater and removed the old one, and took it away for us. He is super knowledgeable and shares a lot about the unit afterwards. He made sure I understood all the functions and the safety features to be aware of.
