I had Strittmatter out to repair my air conditioning last week. The technician arrived and tried to repair the trouble before informing me that I needed to spend $11,000 dollars to replace the entire heat and air conditioning system. He said I could get a second opinion but that he had been in the business for a very long time and that other companies would provide the same finding. I paid him the $79 service fee and he left without fixing my service or even putting the thermostat that he'd removed back on the wall. I did call another company and they did fix the trouble and delivered scorched parts that suggest his efforts might actually have made the trouble worse rather than better. In the end my AC was repaired for under $500 and is working great! I would recommend that you avoid any company or technician that only seems interested in selling new equipment and the commissions that might make off the sale. I don't know how Strittmatter got such good ratings but this technician's behavior means that I will never recommend them to anyone!

Let me start this off by saying that this place either is a rip off or just incredibly expensive. We called for a consultation on our water heater, when two guys came in , smelling like alcohol and hang over, that stood up like not professionals and couldn't even say hello. Next they went up to the attic looked for about 5 minutes and then charged us $79 for a "consultation". Excuse me, what did they do for a $79??? Then they gave us super expensive quote that we could not believe the prices. Then we decided to get a second opinion , because strittmatters guys were NOT trustworthy. So we called another company and they told us different things about our water heater, and we decided to go with another company who fixed everything for a reasonable price. Not a very good experience with strittmatters.

Do not use this company. A part at the Trane warehouse that sells for $248 and takes 45 minutes to install was billed at $750. They will rip you off.

I called strittmatter plumbing at 8am and they were able to get me in right away ! The plumber DJwas prompt, friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and did the repair without any issues

We had an issue with a clogged sink that we were unable to repair on our own. We called Strittmatter based on good reviews and the fact that they were open on a Saturday. They were able to send someone out an hour later. The technician was knowledgeable and honest, and he fixed our issue quickly. The price was fair. We also asked him to look at a toilet that had been having issues. He told us that he could fix it and gave us the price, but he also explained how we could choose to fix it ourselves easily and for less. We will definitely use them again if we have any future plumbing needs.

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I've used them for plumbing and AC and I will not be calling anyone else ever! I can't say enough about how much I appreciate them getting out here so fast, it's too hot not to have a working AC.

These are the most knowledgeable individuals; they explained what they going accomplish prior to starting. When the job was completed, they confirmed the tasks and instructed on usage. PLUS they were time, worked non-stop, protected our floors then THANKED US!!!!! Thank you OC, job well done.

My landlord hired them to replace my a/c coils. Unfortunately, they placed a copper line directly in front of my filter door. Not only can I not open the door all the way but I have to crumple up my filter just to get it in. They also dropped part of the a/c unit down from the attic to the hallway taking a nick out of the wall. Conveniently, non of the workers apologized or even mentioned it. Hard to believe a company can stay in business with this level of quality.

We are extremely impressed with this company and their employees. Justin was nothing short of professional. He took a bad situation (house flooded) and brought calmness and peace. He called and told us exactly how far away he was and offered other professionals that we might need. He didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. He was honest, fair and knowledgable. Because of Justin we will use this business as our go to and tell others about our experience as well.
