Called Stride Plumbing and instantly spoke with a rep in the field who was able to quote me for an upstairs drain clogging up. He gave me best case scenario and worst case scenario options, quoted me a time, and called to confirm the the time he'd be arriving. Luis was polite, responsive and easy to work with. It turns out we had bad stoppers that were causing the blockage, but he snaked the drain once taking out the stoppers to be sure. Overall, a great experience with excellent customer service. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I was dealing with badly clogged and backed up sinks that weren't draining. I made an appointment, and Louis showed up on time and explained everything. He was professional, friendly, honest, transparent, and everything went smoothly. Problem was fixed, and I was charged what I was quoted. I just called this guy to see if he could clean out my cast-iron pipes and he was completely honest with me saying he didn't have the best machinery for cast iron at this time you didn't explain to me what type of Michigan be the person should have who does come over I have his number saved in my phone just in case I need anything else done though

I contacted Stride in hopes of having my water heater replaced. My initial contact was with Chris. Chris was very responsive when I called and ask for a quote. He ask for specific pictures of the unit and the area that it would be installed in. Once pics were sent I was given a quote, and educated about what and why certain things would be installed. I knew the quote was lower than a previous one that I received so I checked licenses, reviews and one more source before I decided to go with Stride. Louis was the plumber that replaced our water heater and he too was professional and didn't mind questions. Louis was neat and everything worked perfectly once everything was installed. What I appreciate the most about this company is they are upfront and honest about charges. I will use them again, and I would also highly recommend them to a friend.

i had a leak from my water heater last saturday and was barely able to temporarily repair it before i jumped on yelp to look for a plumber. Stride plumbing responded fast to my phone call and they were able to fit me in on Monday and even arrived early with great communication. Chris was very friendly and honest. He was very knowledgeable and was able to figure out my problem by how I described it over the phone to him. Once he got there he said that he didn't need to replace my ball-vale since it was still working good. So we liked that he was honest and helped save us money. He just replaced the pressure regulator and was fast and it seemed to have fixed are issue.

Although this is my first review, my husband and I have worked with stride multiple times. I applaud owner Chris for his professional communication at all times, never have I had to wait more than a few minutes for a reply or update from him. Technician Louis is always professional, courteous, and gets the job done in a timely manner.
