Jane D.Just a comment that this business is not following masking protocols. There is a group of around 5 or so workers and none wearing masks, congregating together. Person who answered phone at business was disdainful and evasive when I asked what their masking policy is. If this is important to you, I wouldn't hire them.
Linda R.Overall we had a good experience with Strictly Sewers. We had a tricky lining of an old, deteriorating sewer pipe. The work was completed successfully. For the most part there was good communication from the team, and we received a video of the pipe after the lining. The team kept a neat jobsite.
The project required some excavation inside the house. The contract said there would be an extra charge for this, but we weren't told beforehand what this charge would be, so we were surprised when we received the invoice. So I'd just recommend verifying all charges in advance if extra work needs to be done.
