Unfortunately I can't leave a review concerning their services because I haven't had a chance to receive any services. Initial call placed on September 12, 2019 (Thursday)around 2:30 pm. I spoke with Chris and explained the problem I was having. He asked me to text him my information and that he would probably be available for Monday, September 16, 2019. He said he would let me know later on that evening. On September 13, 2019 (Friday) I texted Chris again to find out when he would be available because he did not get back in touch with me. It is now September 16, 2019 (Monday) and I still haven't heard back from Chris. It's a shame when new customers have an unprofessional experience like this. I had such high hopes due to the reviews of other Yelpers. I guess I'll be calling another HVAC company today.

I hired Chris to reconfigure piping to connect to a new water meter. He did arrived on time, assessed the problem and was able to fix the problem promptly. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely be calling Chris for my plumbing needs in the future.

Chris was great! Not only did he respond to my phone message right away, but, he was onsite in 3 days. Fortunately, this was not an emergency, but, Chris knew right away what my problem was and how to fix it.

Chris is an absolute hero. We had a small catastrophe - a dangerously hot pipe from a defective low water shut-off in our boiler. Boiler had cracked and was useless on one of the coldest days and nights of the year. We honestly cannot believe that Chris had a new boiler installed (with what seemed like complicated piping - at least to my layperson's knowledge) within 24 hours. He dealt with everything and worked well with other contractors and the inspector to make sure everything was done efficiently and smoothly. He was amazing to work with and I can't imagine what we would have done without him. On top of that, he had a better price than the others. He was a pleasure to work with and took care of everything. We referred him to our real estate agent who also was very impressed and will be personally using him as well as referring him to clients.

I reached out to Chris for help on a project based on all the great reviews on his company. He quoted me a fair price. Due to scheduling conflicts on my end, I had to have my handy man do some of the work, when I called him again and explained the complication, he was very pleasant and assured me not to worry, I really appreciate his flexibility and willingness to help under all circumstances! He finished the job, got us pass the inspection ahead of schedule, and went back to check on everything after the gas was turned on. I can't thank him enough for his thoroughness. After bringing our newborn daughter home for the first time, we sadly discovered we had no heat in the house. What a nightmare for a brand new parent.

I called Chris and explained what the issue might be, and he knew exactly what the issue was, and offered to try and fix it on Sunday because the parts distributors are all closed.

Chris might as well have worn a cape because the guy saved the day in less than 2 hours. Fast, efficient, and totally fair.

He'll be my first call next time as well.

Chris and his colleague did great job. They came in time. Gave me reasonable price. My water heater tank was leaking. I have contacted other 3 plumbers before. They said they could be available. But they always find some excuse to break promises. Chris and his team are very professional.

Hot water heater broke. Had a 2 water-heater system, so I still had one functional hot water heater left. The functional one was a deluxe stainless steel tank, and the broken one was a crappy $500 special. Since I was dealing with a finished basement, had a good water heater that was unlikely to leak, and the good one was more than enough to service the entire house, I decided I wanted to put the entire house on the good tank.

So now, the job I wanted: remove the crappy water heater, terminate the connections, and run a line from the good water heater to the old water heater outlet so that the good water heater could service the rest of the house.

Called another plumber. The other plumber came, assessed, and wanted to charge me $1500. I knew the job was simple and could be done with minimal materials , in one day. I told the other plumber to get lost, despite a nominal charge I would have to pay for the evaluation (eventually was waived).

Called Chris from Strictly Service. Described job over phone. He estimated roughly $500-$600 with materials. Chris arrived the next day, promptly, with another plumber to help. They finished the job in 1 hour, doing quality work, with the same techniques and materials that were used previously for my existing plumbing.

In the end they charged me $450 because it took less time than they expected. I know the job was low cost and easy, but they removed my old water heater. Also, two men carved out an afternoon for the job, and they drove about 40 miles total in two vehicles to get there and back, hauling my old stuff away. Also, they came in under estimate! How often does that happen? 5 stars for honesty, versatility, price, cooperation, promptness, and quality of job. I would recommend talking to these guys about any job. And if you need a small job, they are very helpful and can do it for cheap.
