Plumbers did nothing right they dont know what they are doing owner is never at work to answer calls

Work scheduled and promised to arrive. No show... called the company, placed on hold for 5 minutes, excuse was called to an emergency. No courtesy call... I was not notified.

Management needs to do a little training rather than keep a customer wondering.

We have called them several times for jobs to be done but it always seems that we get the same response it will be late afternoon or after hours. So we finally bite the bullet cause we need them bad. Guy shows up a 5:15 wants to tell us he is still working on Easter call out pay. Excuse me its the day after Easter and its Monday No Thank you! Said it was 60 an hour for his helper and 120 for him and it would be more than likely a 5 hour job and he would have to come back tomorrow to fix it cause he couldn't get parts today. Really we called and told you what was wrong. No Thank You Strickland Plumbing! Never Again.

Called At 8:30 Thursday morning. They put me on schedule for Friday so I took off a day from work. I missed out on wages. They told me over and over they would be here. Again at 1:27 I said it's getting late. They said don't worry they will be there. At 2:30 called and said we aren't coming till Monday. Smart ass manger said well if I had a crystal ball for how long services would be that would help.
