Before you let Josh Less into your house, get your head examined.
We called him for a clogged kitchen sink. Showed up 4 days later. Could not fix clog so he cuts the pipe, runs a new peice across my basement wall, drills a 5 inch hole thru my back basement door, and runs a 2 inch pipe 25feet into my back yard on top of the ground!!
When I saw, I could not beleive it. I refused to pay. Told him to leave.
He told Us, If we do not pay CASH NOW, He would put me back into the hospital. I just had back a back operation.
This is called Strong Armed Robbery. If We did not live in lawless Westmoreland County, this man would be in prison.
Yes, we took him to court and WON. Refuses to pay us the award.

Same experience as another reviewer. Came out to install a dishwasher that turned out to be broken and said he would return when I got a new one. After the new one came in, he agreed to come out on 3 different occasions over the period of a few weeks, but didn't show up for any of them, then finally blocked my number. Not good business practice and poor treatment of the customer. They pride themselves on integrity and reliability? What a joke.

I needed a plumber to repair leaks in my water pipes in the crawlspace of my home and Josh from Stress less called me to inquire about the job. I gave him the address in Chesapeake VA and he said he could come out the next day to look at it. He asked about the location and I confirmed the location was 3 hours away by interstate highway. He said he would still come down to look and repair the next day. I confirmed the appointment with him and he said he would be able to come by. The next day he never arrived and didn't call me or answer my calls or texts. I had to call another plumber to fix it. Not a very responsive service.

This guy just came out on Christmas Eve during the hardest freeze we've had in a long time and changed us everyday prices. He figured out the problem in a few minutes went and got the part and replaced it same day. Also he has his master certification... please show me any other professional with his experience that charges what this guy charges. CALL THIS MAN!!! Small business with extremely fair prices and big box company results.

We had a clogged kitchen sink that was so backed up water would not drain at all, even hours later. With a little person in the house, we didn't want standing water. Joshua responded immediately with availability from 6-8 PM at 5PM. He was incredibly friendly and courteous and good with our fluff ball too. He had no problems fixing our clogged sink and the garbage disposal. I will be using him again in the future - thanks Joshua!
