Do not believe the reviews on his prices...he charged me $1547 for a water heater..the water heater according to him was $800...he was at my condo for an hour and 15 minutes...so he charged me $530 for that time plus parts and taxes. I called other plumbers in Iowa City with the same water heater after he left and the highest estimate was $1200. My fault for not checking beforehand.
