Streeter Plumbing is fabulous. My hot water heater broke and they immediately came to my rescue. Their plumbers are top notch and the nice folks who handle the calls and schedule the appointments are kind and patient. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

First of all the person who answers the phone is not helpful sometimes rude. She should not be working with the public. Had them replace a water heater and instead of replacing all the valves, they left the old valves. Now I am having an issue getting hot water from my kitchen sink. Another plumber told me it was because the valves were not replaced when the water heater was replaced. Had them repair a toilet replacing the wax ring and 3 months later, it leaked again. Do yourself a favor and find another plumber. Don't use Streeter Plumbing!!

I just moved to the neighborhood and had to call Streeter multiple times and set up multiple appointments. The receptionist was always very friendly and helpful for my situation. Both appointments were prompt and done professionally. Not too pricey either. I would recommend.

I had a problem with heat in my building and the owner and his technician visited the property in the middle of the weeks Nor'easter. They identified the problem, ordered the parts and got the heat back on within 24 hours. Great service! Thank you.

I should have paid attention to the reviews. After waiting three days until an appointment, the plumber was in and out of here in less than five minutes. His reason? To determine the cause of our suspected leak, he'd have to cut open the stained ceiling below, and ""we don't do that."" He said to call again after we cut a hole ourselves. Isn't that part of a plumber's job?

The receptionist was very rude and short with me. I called because i had water coming through the kitchen ceiling. Thwy came here and had my brother cut the ceiling in two spots only to find no pipes above the lotchen. They charged me 250. For exploratory work that my brother did. They didnt even ask what was above the kitchen. The problem was a leaky washer machine. So basically they wanted 250. To do nothing
