Charlie was super helpful. Our garbage disposal has gone bad. He came in at the correct scheduled time, replaced the disposal in minutes. Even tough access to the sink was restricted, he managed to get the job done in no time.

Joel was super rude, unwilling to listen to the customer statement, disrespectful to an old lady ( literally yelling and lecturing her like a child). He walked out without closing out on the job. He has an attitude like he knew it all and that he didn't give a s**t about anyone else. He didn't even bother looking at the situation until I asked him to investigate the issue further. Not professional at all and he NOT friendly.

They were the service provider for my home warranty company to address a plugged bathtub drain. They fixed the drain but damaged the porcelain on a tub that is only a few years old. They chipped a big piece off the tub and then denied it even when we had someone there at the house to see the before and after. I spent hours calling Street Plumbing and Rooter insisting they address it. I did finally get someone there to say they would repair. But then again they never followed thru and denied it again. That is a $700 new tub, thanks a lot.

Great service. I was so impressed and happy with my service. Andrew was awesome. Showed up within 24 hours and on time. Diagnosed problem quickly. Since part was under warranty, he ordered the next day, I arranged overnight shipping and he came back the day it arrived, which was Saturday and finished the job so I could have my hot water back. Very professional. I would definitely contact this company for future jobs. Thank you so much

Having problems the my tankless hot water heater first technician showed up saying he didn't know anything about a tankless hot water heaters set another technician would come.
Another technician Clyde showed up the next day saying there wasn't any problem with my hot water heater even though I do not have hot water to my bathroom sinks and kitchen faucet.
Clyde said that he would start with replacing The valve cartridges and see if that takes care of the problem. That was over eight days ago said that he was going out of town working on a personal project and I'm still waiting still don't have hot water to my bathroom or kitchen faucets.
Street Plumbing was the contractor that my American home shield assigned to this job.
I was I was told by Clyde that I need to put another claim in to American home shield for the replacement of the valves in the sinks and showers and see if that repairs my lack of hot water.
I'm contacting American home shield to tell them the contractors that they're sending out street. plumbing and router isn't a qualified contractor to be servicing their account.
They are very poor customer relations.

Would not recommend this company, especially if your home warranty service refers them to you, reject them and ask for new assignment. Plumber came out 3 weeks ago, and they never came back. I contacted office and gave me run around. I then texted the plumber and never responds, voicemail is completely full. This is second time I was referred to them and both time they seem like they don't want to do plumbing jobs and only want easy stuff where they can charge 2 hours of labor.

Andrew from Street Plumbing was reliable, professional, and very informative. He did the job right and cut no corners. He even contacted the home warranty (nightmare) and stayed on hold with them to resolve the issue.

Home Warranty companies often use this company for plumbing & water heater issues. This company will come out quickly to diagnostic the problems, but often time the technicians in this company will find a way report to your home warranty companies to avoid complete or fix the issues. ie...that problem is not normal wear an tear...they will just waste your money for the $75 / $100 service call fees..and ending up you have to go outside of home warranty to hire your own plumber to fix the problem without the insurance company coverage.

This company was contracted through FAH warranty. After tue initial inspection of our water heaters that need replacement at both properties they have been ghost! No follow up, no return phone calls, nothing. Its not like i have a drip. I have no hot water at both properties. Not recommended!
