We were not able to judge their plumbing service because: We called on a Wednesday and was told that they could not get to us until Friday morning. Disappointing but understandable. They are located just down the road from us and we were looking for a locale plumber as we have things that need to be done on the old home we bought. We were told that they would see us friday between 8-10. my husband was waiting for them the whole time at the house. At 10 still no plumber. I called at 10:11 to see what the issue was and got the closed recording. My sister finally got someone and was told that they FORGOT to book our repair appointment and that they were booked and we would have to wait. REALLY!!! You forgot to book and assigned a job. REALLY!!!
The plumbers may be top notch I would not know but the office staff are Incompetent.

These guys did about $1,600 worth of work on my new home. Ranging from installing faucets, garbage disposal, repairing leaky faucets, static water test and running a relief drain for my water heater. Everything went smooth with the estimate and getting the work done in a timely manner. However, a couple things did fall through the cracks where things weren't done or we're not done adequately. After a little bit of a breakdown in communication things were easily resolved and brought up to standard. All in all these guys take care of business and are proud of what they do.

I have used Tradesman Plumbing, now Streamline Services, for years. They have always done an outstanding job at a fair price. And they have consistent personnel. Joseph was my usual plumber, he now owns Streamline. Lately I have had Brian come out who also does a great job. Today, Saturday night, my son had a major plumbing problem. I contacted Joseph who sent Brian. He fixed the problem in no time. My experience has been this: these guys are very professional, honest, always courteous and care about the job they do. When a mistake is made, they own it and fix it. They are not out to take advantage of you and take your money, charging you for services you don't need. I honestly use no one else besides Streamline.
