Streamline has exceeded all of my expectations. I cannot speak highly enough about Israel (Izzi) and his crew and the work they have performed at an extremely fair price.

Streamline has been doing replacements of outgoing cast iron drains in our 150+ unit midrise.

Let's be clear: this is a big job, lots of moving parts, many difficult homeowners, and a very old confusing plumbing system. When Streamline first bid a job for us, I thought that the price was too good to be true. But, after talking to Izzi, I felt good about it and we went forward giving them the project. At the time, I was still very nervous. I should not have been.

Streamline completed the job perfectly, took great care to not leave a mess inside peoples units, finished ahead of schedule, and were super understanding of the difficulties the HOA has with homeowners, working to accommodate some difficult personalities.

Since then our relationship has continued to expand; and time and time again Streamline has come through. Streamline has gone above and beyond in so many cases where they did not have to.

Hector, one of Izzi's leads, has an incredible talent for understanding piping systems and how they work, even when they are hidden in the walls. His ability to intuitively understand our complex plumbing systems has meant that we have not had any real surprises in any of our jobs. Izzi is one of the most honest and transparent people I have ever met. I cannot overstate how important this is, because I am used to dealing with vendors who are constantly trying to rip us off. It's so refreshing to work with a company with integrity.

If you are looking for a company for your re-pipe project, I highly recommend Streamline. You will be hiring people who truly care about you as a customer, offer a fair price, and will do the job right.

Overall, the repiping work for our condo complex went okay... but not great. The problem was the way that their workers treated our property (not enough respect). Several things were done in a sloppy way; not so good with the clean up. The project manager was rarely seen and did not supervise closely. From the start, he was not good at communicating what to expect. At the end, he was not willing to take the time to meet and review the project.

I used these guys to replace old frozen undersink shutoff valves throughout my house. Since it was the whole house, there were a lot. I requested a Yelp estimate from these guys and others. Unlike many other contractors, these guys quoted reasonable price for the job. Many of the others took a simple formulaic approach and charged the price they would charge for one, and just multiplied it by how many I needed, which certainly unfairly overcharges for the overhead of making a housecall.

They responded promptly to my quote request, we were able to arrange a good time to get the job done, and completed the work professionally and with no issues.
