Streamline plumbing is now our go to company. Sean was amazing, showed up early and he went straight to the problem. Went into the crawlspace and he found the real problem, that no one else had been able to do. No one even asked about looking in the crawlspace. It wasn't even the problem that was estimated before. Everyone else just wanted to take out the walls to get to the leaking. Sean saved us thousands of dollars and he was funny to boot. You guys are awesome!!!!!

I want to highly recommend Streamline Plumbing. We had a leak and Shawn Doxsee came out within about 2 hours of me calling. He fixed the leak quickly and professionally. I asked if he had time to fix another toilet in our house that had been running. In the process of fixing it, something ended up breaking which caused a piece of the basin to crack and break off when the handle was being removed. It was just bad luck and was no fault of Shawn for sure. He asked me the specs of what kind of replacement toilet I wanted and left and replaced the toilet within about an hour with a really nice model. When he finished the work, I asked him what I owed him for the work he had completed (for the leak he had fixed, about 45 min of labor) and he told me it was free of charge. I insisted on paying him but he wouldn't take my payment. I had never had such great service in all my life to be honest. He is such a nice guy and really deserves your business!

On a Friday morning when no other plumber called me back, this company showed up, found the leak, closed it off and explained exactly why i had the broken pipe. The plumber was kind and respectful.

Our main sewer line to our house was blocked. Our toilets didn't work and neither did our sinks without overflowing. We called Shawn and he responded immediately. He was out early the next morning and took care of the job efficiently, quickly and a reasonable price for such an important function to our household. I had a pressure relief valve leak and was able to turn off the hot water before it completely flooded the garage. I called my home warranty company, American Home Shield, and they couldn't get a plumber out for 3 days because it was the weekend. What good is that? I called Shawn, the owner of Streamline Plumbing and he came out in less than 30 minutes and on a Saturday. He asked me a number of questions, checked the water pressure at the house and had the pressure release valve fixed very quickly. Not only is Shawn a very nice person, he's very knowledgeable and very efficient.

Nearly two weeks into being locked down due to COVID-19, my spouse noticed a large water stain in the ceiling under the master bathroom shower. It was actively destroying my ceiling and getting larger. After calling multiple plumbers to do a major repair during a pandemic without any luck, I got a hold of Shawn. He spent last Saturday diagnosing the problem and didn't charge us for that work. He gave us multiple options to repair the shower in terms of price and durability. He fixed it today. I am overall very happy with his work, and he is very professional and courteous as well! I am so lucky to have found him and recommend him highly. He is a skilled plumber and a man of integrity.

Shawn just left my house - it took him all of 20 mins to fix my issue! I was pleasantly surprised. I called him around 6pm yesterday and he offered to come after hours for a higher charge (understandably), but I decided to hold off and he was able to come this afternoon. I called Shawn on Friday, early afternoon. I expected to make an appointment for the next week to replace my leaking kitchen faucet supply valve. He was in the area and was able to stop by to look at it. Again, I expected the repair to be scheduled for the next week sometime as it wasn't leaking all that bad.

Shawn had the supply valve replaced with double 1/4-turn supply valves to feed the faucet and dishwasher within an hour. This is how it should have been done when the house was built.

Needless to say I was completely satisfied with Shawn's work and his prices are very, very reasonable. If I could give 10 stars I would. Streamline Plumbing is now on my permanent, personal vendor list for all my plumbing repairs.
