Aaron was fantastic. Dispatched through American Home Shield, Streamline Plumbing was courteous, prompt, and professional. Fixed my plumbing issues efficiently and with no runaround. Will definitely be calling Streamline again!

The plumber from streamline plumbing came and repaired our leaking toilet. My issue is not with that. The issue is the plumber arrived today in the middle of the COVID second wave, entered our house and worked on the plumbing without wearing a mask. This highly unprofessional and unsafe behavior should not continue.

We called them regarding a leak. They were sent out by our home warranty company. Jason showed up on time, immediately looked into the system, and within five minutes diagnose the problem. He then proceeded to solve it, and told us how to prevent it in the past. Excellent service recommended highly.

I was set up with this company through my home warranty. Aaron came out to see what the problem was with my hose bib. It had stopped working but all of a sudden days later it worked again. We decided to still have them come out. He took a look at it, asked me some questions, called the warranty company and came back with an assessment. Evidently my home warranty doesn't cover this part for a replacement. He said that since it's working, and there are no signs of water penetration or damage, let's wait on replacing. Another reason he wanted to wait is the age of the house. He really did take everything into consideration. Also, he gave me a price and it was very fair. If it stops working, I'll be calling him.
I asked him a few questions and found that they are a new company with a registered master plumber and Aaron, who is taking his master plumber test soon (or in the process?). Aaron is very nice and most importantly, doesn't have that sales pitch that other companies push onto their employees.
Overall I was very pleased! Thanks Streamline!
