Outstandingly quick service! Had an issue on a Saturday, and Brian almost immediately took care of it. He was very helpful and nice, and had great tips how to avoid this issue in the future. Will definitely use again when needed

Very efficient, friendly office person. Trenton arrived as scheduled and hooked up a line to get water to our new refrigerator. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional, fast. Charges exactly as estimated. Will definitely use them for our next plumbing needs.

Wow. Referred to streamline for a water pipe rupture. Doug came out and repaired the pipe. We had a huge issue with our basement bathroom needing to be gutted. Doug helped isolate the issue which came from our kitchen bathroom. Totally professional and great to work with. I will highly recommend Streamline 10 over.

I had an old leaky outdoor faucet that needed replacing. Called and left a voicemail and was called back within an hour. Tech named Trenton arrived next morning and quickly fixed my problem. Friendly service, very reasonable rates. Recommended.

Everything was great with the plumber's visit, with one important exception, that I'll get to below.
He showed me the tool he used to clear the drains, which he said costs $3 at Home Depot. That was great. I've already gone out and bought one.
He also gave me the option of getting a garbage disposal at Home Depot instead of buying it from him, which saves me about $150. This is fantastic.
He was very professional, courteous, and I believe he did a good job (we'll see if everything is working right over the next several days).
HOWEVER, there was a significant miscommunication over the phone with their receptionist about how they charge. I was told $100 per hour, with a $100 minimum, for labor. (Parts are extra, of course.) But when the plumber wrote up the invoice, he said that whenever tools are used, there is a $100 minimum per task.
I would never have made this appointment if I had known this is how they intended to charge. As a homeowner, I don't know what tasks will require tools and what won't, and we had several tasks lined up to be taken care of in one visit.
Luckily, the plumber was sympathetic and he contacted the owner, who let him charge me for time just the way the receptionist had explained it. So it all worked out well for me.
Since the plumber was so great overall, I would recommend them, but only if you get very, very specific with the receptionist on the phone about how they charge for labor. Maybe even ask her to email the rates in advance. It could well be that they will change their policies after this experience that I had. So I don't want to steer people away from them, just be careful about their rates.

In some ways I am hesitant to write a glowing review because they will just get busier and I want to keep them as my personal secret.
I have used this plumbing firm multiple times on a variety of jobs at my house. They are very responsive, always do good quality work, and are very pleasant to work with. They also have always cleaned up well after each job. They aren't the cheapest but as I said, they do quality work and seem very knowledgable.
They have been very responsive when I had an emergency situation which I greatly appreciated!

Needed to replace a frozen pipe behind an outdoor faucet. Called Streamline based on a neighbor's recommendation and the Yelp reviews. My call was answered quickly & service scheduled for the next day. Brian arrived when scheduled, did the not-so-easy fix in less than an hour, and for a reasonable price. Watching him work so efficiently reminded me why I retired as a ""do it yourself"" plumber. He knows what he 's doing. I fully endorse the 5-star ratings & will certainly use Streamline again if the need arises.

Had a problem with our hot water heater not working. I called around a few local places, but was turned off by their overly corporate stance, or just general lack of interest in my job. I called Streamline, and spoke with a friendly and knowledgeable woman, who called up Brian (the owner) to see if he could come take a look. Within an hour he was over the house and looking in to the problem. While he advised me of the age of my heater (10+ years), he did not aggressively push a new one on me (though I know I am going to need one soon). He gave my wife and I a great overview and detailed explanation for the types of heaters that are available today for when we do decide to upgrade. He called up a local parts store, and went out to pick up a flame rod assembly. He replaced it quickly, but noticed another problem outside with my intake pipe. Once cleared up, the water heater was running again. The price was reasonable, and what I would have expected for the job. Brian is extremely knowledgeable and obviously passionate about what he does. He gave us advice on a few other projects we asked about before he left. I would definitely use them again.

After assessing my plumbing problem over the phone, Streamline referred me to a different type service company. I was happy with the referral, and with their respect for my time and money. Next time I need general plumbing repairs/upgrades, I will use Streamline.

Sue S. called them in the morning with a cracked shower drain, they had a cancellation and so put us in the que. They showed up EARLY. The work was done professionally and very quickly. Very reasonable rates. I am a very happy customer and will recommend them to anyone who has plumbing needs.
