I highly recommend Streamline Plumbing .... From the first phone call, early A.M. , Eric came out the same morning.... Slab Leak!!! I decided to do a re-pipe of my home ... Eric took care of everything, he helped me through all facets of this horrible ordeal... Eric is honest, kind, and professional... I was so distraught. Eric went above and beyond to aid me through this crisis .... In all honesty, I have a plumber for life , He is THE BEST!!! I could not have done this without him! I would give him 10 stars!!!!! Eric and his crew did a great job replacing the sewer line for our kitchen and washing machine. Eric and his crew ran a new sewer line through the garage and tapped into the sewer main in our driveway and replaced all the concrete great job!

This is the second time I have used Eric for a major plumbing issue. Once again he did a great job and for a lower price than the competition. While working on my plumbing issue, Eric also acted as an on site project manager to help me resolve a non plumbing related water damage problem. This was a huge help as the house with the issues is not my residence. The water damage and drywall guys he brought in also did a great job at a very good price (which I needed as insurance didn't cover). Highly recommended !

I called them for a slab leak. They were very helpful over the phone instructing us what to do immediately before they got there. They showed up the same day. Eric and Bill were both honest, and clean and fixed our leak with no issues. I would use them again and refer them. It is hard to find honest companies but they were great. They also wrote up a document of what was done for insurance. Thank you guys!

I give this guy, Eric, 1 star for congeniality. and one more for coming out quickly when my hot water heater died. Eric overcharged for the hot water heater installation. Because he could not find the time to correct the loss of water pressure, I had another plumber come out and remove the piece of solder that was blocking the water pressure.

SHORT REVIEW:
Eric made us feel very comfortable in a very stressful situation (Slab Leak!). He is knowledgeable, has a super positive demeanor and is very friendly. He provided a quote range over the phone which seemed reasonable for the work performed -- and met that quote for his final price. He also helped us out of a huge bind and completed his work on SATURDAY -- a rarity for the plumbing community.

All-in-all couldn't have asked for a better experience and would HIGHLY recommend!

DETAILED REVIEW:
The grounds around our planters were becoming increasingly saturated over the course of a week, when we finally figured out we had a slab leak and called Eric due to his high Yelp and Google reviews. [Ironically, we had a different plumber out 2 days prior (Wednesday) to fix a random and unrelated outdoor pipe burst. He was the one that showed us on our water meter that we were experiencing a probable slab leak. I told him we were about to host six house guests arriving on Saturday for a week-long stay, and he assured us we could wait a week or so to fix it. However, over the course of the next day (Thurs), we noticed a hole we had dug in our planter was constantly refilling (due to the slab leak) and we became nervous about waiting another minute to fix it.]

I called Eric on Friday morning and explained our situation. Eric promised he'd be by that afternoon, and that if he did not have time to fix the leak that day, he would come back on Saturday to finish the work!

Turned out the the leak took over two hours to detect, so Eric capped the leak and left us with running water in most of our house. He came back with a partner on Saturday 8am sharp and worked until 2pm until our leak was fixed. He was also kind enough to coordinate a drywall specialist (Jose @ Villarreal's Painting) who quoted us a very fair price over the phone to patch the six holes that were created to re-route the pipes. He came on SUNDAY morning to patch and re-texture! By 1pm Sunday everything was fixed and our home was put back together for our guests!

P.S. Eric also coordinated a disaster clean-up company (PRC) that specializes in water damage to come by on Saturday to determine whether there was any water seeping up from the slab (they do this for FREE -- no obligation at all). They detected a few places that showed moisture, and when we pulled up the carpet we did find evidence of a small amount of moisture that was being wicked up by the carpet and padding into our furniture. Not sure we ever would have noticed this on our own.

However, both Eric and PRC also detected some unrelated moisture in some previously damaged drywall (unrelated to the slab leak) under some windows and when we had Jose replace the damaged drywall we found it and everything behind it was completely dry -- even though their instruments showed moisture present. Not sure what that means, but thought I'd mention.
