Streamline Plumbing saved the day at our commercial property. I called Rich the owner with an emergency request and he made his team available within hours to replace our water heater, which could've resulted in a shutdown of our property. This isn't the first time we have used Streamline Plumbing and each time they have been fair, shown up on time as scheduled and completed work in the promised time frame I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Our water heater blew on Mother's Day. Having been unsatisfied with our contracted plumbing service, I placed a request on Angie's List. Rich, the owner, was the first to respond. Our initial interaction was via text. He asked me a series of questions, as well as requested pictures to assess the situation. He took the time on a Sunday night to answer a litany of questions regarding the benefits of a tankless water heater.

After taking the evening to think about our options, I called him the next morning to discuss next steps. His pricing was fair, his associate, Jason, arrived on time, and he completed the work within the timeframe quoted at the beginning of the job. The work was clean and the end result met expectations.
