Awesome service! I called at 8:50 am, and Ray was over the same afternoon. I was running late, and Ray was kind enough to wait where others would have left onto other appointments. He knew exactly what to do, fixed the issue quickly (something like 20-30 minutes), and even provided a service guarantee! As others mentioned, his prices were fair, and Ray explained the issue and root cause. Most importantly, he told me how to prevent it from recurring. I found my plumber.

Ray is a great guy, has a good heart too. He came to our place to ""just"" changed something in our toilet bowl and it became a big job, he was very patient about it. Then he had to replace our kitchen faucet after that big job and of course when we opened the box of supposedly new faucet from Lowe's, it was missing parts...and so I have to go back to Lowe's to bring it back and get a new one. Ray never left me stranded, took a quick break and got back to do the job as soon as I got a new faucet. No wonder he has wonderful reviews, he is very professional and efficient!! Thanks Ray!

Ray came out earlier than he told me he would--when does that ever happen with any technician? He fixed two leaky sinks (two different reasons for leaking though) in less than 1 hour. His prices were very fair and he explained each problem in a way that made me trust what he was doing. I have found my plumber!
