The journey began with two brothers in 1996. Richard and Joseph Stryjewski, who are brothers and co-owners, gained experience working for others before they chose to create their own company and benefit from their efforts. Richard focused on management and office tasks, while Joseph excelled in hands-on, outdoor work. Together, they built an impressive business.
