I saw the great reviews and thought I would call for a quote on two remodel jobs on our home. After being late with no call for the quote, he came to bid our jobs. He was very personable and we were looking forward to the quote to get work started. I have reached out several times to follow up on the quote he said he would get to us the next day- it's been a week, no quotes/ no response to my messages. I guess I dodged a bullet because he could have disappeared in the middle of a job. Lesson learned- DON'T call Strategic Plumbing for follow thru and on time service.

Tomas responded quickly to my call, and was able to get here in a short time frame to replace my laundry water shutoff valves before the installers arrived. His workmanship and professionalism were both top notch. I will not hesitate to call him on future plumbing needs. His pricing was fair and honest - and significantly lower than one of the better known valley companies that tried to price gouge me and upsell me.

Tomas is hands down the best plumber I've hired. Our shower valve broke off and we couldn't shut the water off and he came out right away. I called about seven other plumbers and none of them could make it. He fit us into his schedule and quoted us less than the other guys. He showed up and was a total pro. Got everything done very quickly and I can tell he runs a really tight operation. He is the only guy I will call from now on. Really impressed with his services!
